    This is the dog I adopted and took back. She chewed on everything. Had ticks everywhere.

    It was a nice experience overall but I returned a dog and still haven't received my refund. Paid for a tick treatment for a dog that didn't work and she had live ticks. They got all over my house.

    Please come here to adopt, do not shop for a dog when you can get one here that HE HAS SO MUCH LOVE TO GIVE all my puppies are from here and they are AMAZING

    Management is horrible and harasses people, including me. I've been hung up on many times, while just asking simple questions. PLEASE, do not surrender your animals here! Reach out to rescues first! Always look for non profit rescues on Facebook. This shelter is very high kill and your animal will not make it out alive. All of the pictures below are animals killed at CCSPCA. Do not surrender your animals here ever!!!

    Picked up our new baby yesterday, she was a stray and was in need of a loving home. So glad we were able to bring her home. We have two shepherds now. She seems like she was in an abusive home before, but is giving us a chance. Bella Girl This shelter does their very best to help these animals. It is the sweetest thing, no one is perfect but what they do for these animals is absolutely selfless.

    The people at the front were nice, they immediately greeted me and pointed me in the right direction to the cattery.

I'm sure I could buy less expensive food online but I prefer to purchase in person. I feel like they offer a bit more cat products since they moved to this location a couple years ago. I remain a loyal customer {thumbs up}

    I have been coming here for years for all my pets necessities. From shots to food to accessories,…read morethis is my go to place for my pets. They used to be located by the rail road tracks in what looked like a big red barn. The new location seems more spacious and a lot better IMO since it's not as cold and more parking. The service is always great cus the employees are always knowledgeable. They even have a rewards program with some dog food. I think it's buy 10 bags or buy 15 bags get the next free? Something like that. It has to be the same bag same weight tho. Still good if ur grabbing the same shit. The last time we went we changed our dogs dog food cus he was having bad allergies. There was a lady there that worked with the brand Red Barn (how funny I brought up red barn earlier lol) and she helped us out a lot. We ended up choosing that brand n got grain free and she gave us a $10 off coupon I forgot how much it was but that was deals... she also gave us a free canned food version and a coupon for the dry food topper for free. So we got all that for the discounted dog food price cus of the coupons. Fuckkn awesome man!!!

    Wasn't what I expected at all. My dogs had surgery before…read moreand came out sick and stoned for days because of the anesthesia. That's why I procrastinated on having her spayed. Knew I had to have it done and was freaked out the whole time she was in there and expecting the worst. They came out with her and she was great!! Got her home and she was fine just a little tired. Couldn't even really see the incision. It's been three weeks and she's jamming around and feeling great. LOVE THIS PLACE!! Can't thank you enough!!

    After waiting nearly 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I approached the front desk to…read moreinquire about the delay. The staff member I spoke with was dismissive and rude, stating she had "no idea" how much longer I would need to wait and that I was simply waiting for a technician with one other person ahead of me. I returned to my seat and waited an additional 10 minutes, during which no one was called back. At that point, I decided I could no longer wait and requested a refund of my deposit. The staff member informed me that cancellations require 48 hours' notice but added that, "as a courtesy," she could "probably" issue a refund. I found this response ironic, as it felt anything but courteous given that I had already waited more than 30 minutes past my appointment time. What I find most frustrating is the inconsistency in expectations: clients are required to arrive early or on time, with the risk of having their appointments canceled and deposits forfeited if they are late, yet the practice does not extend the same respect for clients' time. To wait for over 30 minutes without explanation or apology is unacceptable. When I asked to speak with a manager, the staff member became noticeably snippy and refused to get one. After assisting a few more customers, she went to the back and returned with a Post-it note containing an email address, claiming the manager was out of the office. This felt disingenuous, as she had initially indicated she would retrieve someone for me to speak with. I have always valued the care my pets have received at your practice, which is why today's experience was so disappointing. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for my time has shaken my trust in your establishment
