She tries to charge me for a separate glasses exam plus a contacts exam. Then, after we discuss a new pair of glasses, she tells me it will be over $400, even with my insurance. After we discuss other downsizing options, I still wind up paying $286, and I can't even keep my old lenses. After 3 weeks, I get the new glasses, and two weeks after that, I get another bill stating insurance didn't cover enough. I try calling them, but all they tell me is I still owe more money. I will not be going back to this place, ever! It's a shame this establishment turned into such a money grabbing machine.

Not sure that the less than user friendly staff understands the concept of HIPAA in this context. I am the person providing all the of the "personal" information. Upon return, they spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to correct it. Second pair is better, but not great. There doesn't appear to be a blue light coating, but they insist it is there. Customer service is not the greatest. They prefer to just hand you the glasses and send you on your way. I had to ask if I could test them before leaving the store.
