I wasn't asking for a locked-in number -- just a ballpark estimate, which is completely standard. Instead, I'm told I have to bring the car in and that they won't even discuss a rough value without physically seeing it. And before anyone jumps in with "that's normal," it really isn't. 99.9% of dealerships (and no, that's not an exaggeration) will ask for photos and a VIN and give you a rough range. The reason? Apparently the used car manager "got burned once" on a 500-mile car. Cool story. For context, I could buy four brand-new Golf Rs for what an RSQ8 costs, but sure -- that one time scarred him for life. Anyway, between the unprepped car, the refusal to do even a basic estimate, and the overall vibe, I'm out. Wouldn't deal with them again.

He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

There were a few things I noticed but none of these directly affected my experience. One was the floor looked like it had not been clean in a while (dirt and stains), one of the tiles in the middle of the floor was shattered, and much of the model Y's in car features were unavailable due to an Error, it did not appear to be software-locked but a genuine error in the system. Overall the experience is great and if you are looking for a car, particularly an EV, and near or in the mall? Then I definitely recommend you stop by and check it out.

If the radio played all night, I was in fear that it would drain my battery. I quickly drove to the dealership hoping someone would be available to assist me. By the time I arrived they were closing. I tapped on the observation window to get the mechanics attention but no one paid me any attention. I was ignored. One guy even looked at me and shook his head no. After giving up hope, I walked back to my vehicle and proceeded to leave pondering how to resolve this issue. I then saw a gentleman walking across the parking lot. His name was Hensen. I asked if he worked here and he replied yes. I told him the issue I was having and he told me the service area was closed for the day. However, he was still willing to assist and asked me to pull up to the service area. Shortly, he came back out and told me someone would be out to help me. A few minutes later a mechanic named Brandon S. came out and immediately fixed the issue in less than 5 mins. I am beyond grateful for the assistance I received from Hensen and Brandon S. Their kindness and eagerness to assist reflects top tier customer service. These two didn't have to help me, but they chose to. I initially thought my first two experiences were poor because the services were complimentary. So, on my third visit, I was paying for the service and expected a different--and hopefully better--experience. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I made an appointment, arrived a few minutes early, and pulled into the service bay. There were several employees standing around or sitting at their desks, many seemingly buried in their phones and making very little effort to acknowledge customers. I waited patiently in my Jeep, assuming they might simply be busy. The appointment was for 8:00 AM, so I eventually went inside. I approached the middle service office, where two employees were sitting at their desks. I explained that I had an 8:00 appointment to drop off my Jeep for service. The response I received was essentially, "Who are you dropping off for?" After explaining that I was there for my scheduled service appointment, the employee proceeded to explain that there were multiple dealerships and actually asked if I was sure I was at the right dealership. ‍ Yes, sir. I am- this is Central Florida Jeep-?. He eventually asked for my name, looked up the appointment, and realized it was assigned to the service advisor the neighboring office, pointed in that direction and stated the appointment is with that guy, the guy with the glasses on his head... I went to that advisor's office. He was on his phone, so I waited a couple of minutes, assuming it was work-related. I said "good morning", he acknowledged me, looked up my appointment, and asked, "Do you need a ride?" I said yes and explained that I would arrange an Uber. That was it. No "good morning." No "thank you." No explanation of the service. No expectations for when I would hear from them. No basic customer service whatsoever. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them simply by showing up for an appointment. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and have had a completely different experience with the sales team, which is why this is so disappointing. I want to support this dealership, but the service department needs a serious look at its customer experience and accountability. Great sales experience. Extremely disappointing service experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers should not have to beg to be acknowledged when they arrive for a scheduled appointment.
