I came in at 12 o'clock as a walk-in. They said they were busy asked if I could come back at 2 PM. Said no problem. However I was running a few minutes late. I called. They said no problem come in at 2:15 PM thank you. I arrived at 2:10 PM and by 250 came and I still hadn't been helped. I left more than 40 minutes Late. Come on not to mention not once was I asked if I was OK did I need anything worst service. I will highly highly recommend you find somewhere else. It's a waste of time plus I saw the work. I texted her on instagram asking if she is available and she told me to go at 12:30, so i go and haven't gotten a color and i've been waiting for 2 HOURS. only thing they've done is put 4 acrylics on me and the lady that told me at 12:30 is working on another lady's nail that has took over an hour doing. this is ridiculous. i wouldn't recommend coming. read more

So where do I start? First off all the employees were coughing and sneezing into their masks and now I'm sitting here writing this while sick even tho I haven't been anywhere but this week but the nail salon. During the pedicure the guy used the cuticle clippers and kept cutting into the side of my toenail, it was like he was digging into my toe after multiple times of me telling him it hurt and just kept doing it. The lady finally says I have an ingrown toenail (which I don't and I get my toes done regularly for there to all of a sudden be an ingrown) then he can't even paint it right and keeps wiping it and painting over it so there's lumps in the paint. He made one toe round and the other one square. The lady had to fix it by squaring it off. That pedicure was $40. Then I got a FILL with 3 jewels, she cut my finger, the acrylic is lumpy and thin and that was $70 for a FILL!! This was 4 days ago and in all I spent $110, I'm too sick to go to work and make it back, my toe still hurts (I'm hoping it's not infected), and I still need to go to my regular shop and get this mess redone when I get better. This is by far my worst experience at a nail shop in my life!! Might I add he dropped the nail tool and picked it back up and continued to use it to dig into my toe without even cleaning it off. They have cute jewels but that's really about it and the same jewels are $2 a pack on SHEIN. read more

The tech cut me and made me bleed when she was cutting " my ingrown nail" that I NEVER had a problem with before but she kept trying to convince me that " it would look prettier" I continuously told her not to cut and she finally stopped when I pointed out that I was bleeding! Went to this place because my regular nail place was closed and I'm furious that now my toe looks like it's getting infected! I was cut during my cuticle "cleaning" in which gave me a cuticle infection. This is absolutely not ok and disgusting. In order for an infection to happen that just goes to show they aren't sanitary. I called for an appointment for two pedicures and two sets of nails , when we arrive there is a total of five people waiting , and only two nail technicians , after waiting an hour and half I got out the pedicure tub and left, this is the second time I come , I thought the first time I caught them on a wrong day , but they take all these walk ins and rush the appointments , terrible customer service and they speak a language other than English which is rude , never coming back read more

I haven't been to this salon in ages( pre covid). I had no idea they had new owners. I was expecting John and Lynn but was surprised they sold the place. The salon has been upgraded,which was nice. The new owners don't have a price list of services so I didn't know what to expect. The lady that did my nails (I believe her name was Mary) kept on trying to push more services and add one, which I told her many times that I didn't want. She answered her phone several times while doing my pedicure (which I think is rude). I felt like I was interrupting her. She did an OK job( a bit rough). As I went to pay, I gave the gentleman my credit card & he pushed a button for " no tip" without asking if I wanted to include tip. I ended up giving cash..and he told me AFTER he ran my card that there was a $1 fee for cars. It be nice to know that prior to services! They really need to list prices and the fact that there's an additional fee for credit card. I doubt I'll be back. The service wasn't very personable read more

Terrible service. Completely destroyed my cuticles by cutting them all off and making three of my fingers bleed. Almost all of my nails were uneven and bumpy. Very unsanitary too, they used the same file on me as they did on someone else. Didn't sanitize my chair. Didn't change the tips on the drill. 2nd trip out to this Nail Salon; I was pleased with the first visit getting a manicure and pedicure ; I opted for the Gel Polish ;which lasted 1-month and I am back with Lynn and her husband again ; they have several relaxing massage chairs and I was able to have a great conversation with Lynn who is very family oriented .I went during the week each time , called ahead to check on their availability and was taken in without waiting. Several customers walked in while I was being serviced ; and they were honest with the wait time and accommodated them without impacting my service .It is a friendly spot ; while you chat with other clients . Dont go here unless you have a whole hour just to get your nails done. I came in for a pedi and i waiting for 30 minutes with my feet in some cold water, after wasting about half an hour i decided to just go to my regular place even tho it was a bit further.
