I've been going to Jessica Nails forever. They always fit my mom and I in without an appointment. I always tell them if I can wait in the massage chair they can take as long as they want. I usually get the more expensive pedicure because I don't do it too often and I like all the services provided like the hot stone massage and the paraffin wax treatment. I've gotten traditional manicures, gel and acrylics and they do a good job. The reason I keep going back is they have a good vibe. All the employees are really friendly and the customers usually seem pretty laid back. read more

Their license to practice has been suspended!!! Horrible job. Nails were not done correctly, and I asked for a touch up and they just polished over the poorly done nail. They couldn't even do the basics correctly. My mom got a pedicure as well, and they didn't even wrap her legs in hot towel AND her toenails were done poorly and sloppily. When we asked for a correction everyone ran the the back of the salon, and the owner sat there ignoring us. I needed to get my nails done and was able to be serviced here without too long of a wait. They accept credit card and I included a small tip as I usually do. The location seems a bit runned down but they offer a gel manicure and have powder nails as an option as well. I spent $76 before a tip for the WORST pedicure experience I've had in my life. I gave 2 stars - 1 for good shaping and the other because they were able to fit both me and my friend in without appointments. We hadn't planned to go after work on a Friday so getting last minute service for us was impressive. HOWEVER, it should've been a clue that at 5:45 on a Friday there were plenty of open spots and had more employees there than customers. I don't know if I was just unlucky and grabbed the short straw or what, but I either got "the new guy" along with a reluctant-to-do-pedicures person, or I got the guy who's been there forever and had just never done airbrush/ombré before, coupled with a lady that hates feet. My friend was done in 1/2 the time, no joke, and I watched her get a wonderful pedicure/foot massage while I had a crappy pedicure that was not relaxing at all. From the scolding hot water to the practically cold stoves she literally just stuck under my feet (that's it, literally no movement). In all fairness , at least my pedicure didn't include the super gross removal of the sink stopper/circular grate thing while my feet were still in the bowl. It was nasty and rusty and she dragged it through the water and held it above the water to drip off (her feet still in) . The warm towel wrap on my calves smelled sour, like when you forget to take the clothes out of the washing machine and days later put them in the dryer. We both also got a new set of acrylics at the same time as the pedicure and literally I got cut by the nail file while he was shaping the nail. I showed him where I was bleeding, he place a torn cotton pad with some sort of antiseptic (I hope it was?) on my bleeding finger and continued to file in the same spot. I continued to say "that hurts" and "ouch" and when my hand would start to shift he'd aggressively move it back. I've never had someone snap my hand like that - ever. I asked for what he said was "medium" length and showed him a picture of the length and he definitely gave me shorter nails than I wanted. The color/design isn't what I asked for or showed them a picture of either. The airbrush equipment had to be pulled out of deep storage in the back and it kept spraying outward so it just looks like my nails are a little "off" but a solid color. The airbrush was definitely in the air because it spit onto my sleeve by my wrist. Ruined white shirt....cool... Bottom line - NEVER again! read more

Came to get my nails done -- it was a visit in must need after a stressful period. My cuticles were in desperate need of cleaning up. I've been looking forward to comfortable, relaxing spa day for months! Unfortunately / unbeknownst for me, this is not the location for a relaxing spa day. In short, it was a complete rush job and their tools were OLD and RUSTED. My request was for a manicure and pedicure. They started with the pedicure ... and I noticed they weren't using the cuticle cutters or anything. I dismissed it thinking it was the routine, but sadly she the proceeded to add the wax and hot towels. After my legs were wrapped is when she started on my manicure. Worst job ever. She was done in about 10 minutes. Going to a nail salon isn't cheap. A large factor I am willing to splurge occasionally is that feeling when typically walk out of the salon. You know the feeling... nails feeling fresh and clean....refreshing. After leaving this place, all I had were trimmed nails, moisturized skin, and about $95 lighter! Never again. I already have a new nail appointment at another location to have my nails done correctly. Recommend? NO. If not for the poor job, the. Definitely not recommend because of the old, rusted tools. My family loves this place so I've been a couple times but every time has been a mistake. I had dip done by a gentleman, it was so bad it looked like I had bubbles on my nails. Just blobs of dip with no shaping. Next time I did gel and it lifted within a couple days, my regular polish I do at home lasted longer. Last time I went, they cut my toe pretty bad and the solution was just to put it back in the water to soak... no apology, just another rush job that has led to a long term issue. Plus they were rude and definitely mocked me when I said the polish color was "good". The place always gives you a horrible rush job and I'm never happy with the end result, it's more stressful than relaxing. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was verbally assaulted by a nail tech, he literally stood up and YELLED at me, waving his hands at me and refused to continue. All for requesting a nail shape and showing him a picture for clarification since he was making them pointy when I kept asking for round. I work in customer service and was being incredibly patient, sincere, and respectful. He EXPLODED, berated me then said he wouldn't finish my nails and that my fill was "old". I was in shock. I've NEVER been spoken to by anyone this way in a business setting and always have good experiences elsewhere. Regardless of the mood he was in it's never okay to speak to anyone this way. My friend and I left with halfway done nails, astonished and shook at what had taken place. We were both there for fills and my friend is an older woman very sweet and kind herself. The towels were dirty that they set our hands on, they weren't busy at all. And yet the second he held my hands to do a fill he was being rough and clearly irritated to be working. All of that would've been fine, but to yell at someone the way he did. It was insane. I would never leave a review like this to be petty, this is a genuine warning. Save yourself the stress, trauma, and disappointment and go somewhere else. read more

Terrible service. Didn't even complete our pedicures. Waited over 20 min to be seated WITH AN APPT. Half way though my pedicure the woman left and started doing someone else's nails, waited 20 minutes with no return. They left my sister sitting for 30 minutes with half the polish job done (required 2nd step chrome) when asked about it they were rude and tried to charge her over $30 more to add the chrome. Very rude and unprofessional. We ended up leaving without finished pedicures. I used to love coming to this place but it has really gone down hill. read more

I've been going here for years and probably won't go back. Just wanted a simple pedi with regular paint. The water was cold, and she barley massaged my feet. I could get over those things, but for about 10 min the techs were having a full conversation right infront of me as I was trying to relax. Couple weeks later I needed another pedi and thought to go to the location across from the college. No one was in there other than 1 nail tech, she looked at me and said go to the other location. I used to always have great experiences here, but not lately. My acrylics haven't been filed down smoothly, but my latest trip was the worst. The woman who gave me a pedicure cut me so bad I couldn't wear closed toed shoes for almost a week. Now I'm getting athlete's foot on the toe she cut. I would think it's a coincidence if I had been able to wear closed toed shoes but I couldn't! So gross. I'm pretty sure she didn't change her gloves when she started working on me. I'm so upset. I've been going to Jessica Nails for years. I don't get my nails done religiously but when I do want to treat myself this is my spot. I always feel very comfortable here. A few days ago I got acrylics and a pedicure. I didn't get the basic ones either I'm talking acrylics with magnetic cat eye gel and the same gel on my toes. I also got the pedicure package that includes callous removal, hot stone massage and paraffin wax. Not a cheap treat but it's what I wanted. Well fast forward a couple days later and I broke a nail. It was my fault, snapped it while opening a box. I went in to get it fixed. They were so sweet, they took me back right away, didn't even ask what happened. They spent a few minutes making sure they got the exact polish color. He even touched up my other nails while I was there. I was fully expecting to pay some type of fee when I was done but they wouldn't accept my money! I tipped the man that helped me and went on my way. Above and beyond exceptional service! My daughter and I had a terrible experience. I took her to get a full set with gel for her birthday and Jon did her nails. He was very rough and rude to her. I got a pedicure and the lady barely even scrubbed my feet after leaving me in cold water for 30 minutes. She didn't do anything I couldn't do myself. I called the next day to see if my daughter could get her polish fixed because it was peeling off. Gel isnt supposed to do that. I was told to take her back Monday because they were too busy but they would fix it. She had to deal with Jon again and he was even ruder that time. He kept saying it was her fault that it happened because she would pull her hands out of the light. My daughter didn't even do that. He just kept being very rude and kept having ladies go over to look at my daughters nails. They would speak a different language and laugh. This place is a joke! Been coming here for years and honestly this place has gone very downhill since David and a lot of the staff left. I went with my friend the other day to get our nails done for an upcoming trip and I just wanted a basic gel manicure and she wanted ombré acrylics. We both were sat right away and they got started on mine, as my friend sat for quite a bit of time before someone came to get started on her. I was completely done with both my nails and toes by the time they started filing her nails and putting the extensions on (50mins in) then the guy left and never came back. At this point we were 65 mins in and no one came to help her so she decided to ask to get them removed since there was no sign of anyone helping her. The guy said it was because no one available could do ombré for her, which would have been nice to know before we sat down so we could either go somewhere else or pick a different design. I'm giving it two stars since my nails turned out pretty nice, but it's very hit or miss with a gel manicure here as i've had them last me anywhere from 4 days to 1 month. Jessica herself is super sweet and very talented as a nail tech. I would recommend booking an appointment with a specific nail tech if you are going to visit here. read more

If you every want to feel like you're a very inconvenient person, this place will definitely make you feel this way. I wanted to get a regular manicure fresh for a wedding and I called few places and didnt have availability but this place did so I came. Not a great place at all! I wasn't treated nicely. I know for a fact usually they put your hands in hot water go make it easier to clean and take out cuticles! Well this place uses cold water! My manicure wasn't great! It wasn't even done properly and definitely not worth $19 for a manicure. The lady was rude and didn't even make sure my nails were dry and didnt have any uv or whatsoever to dry them. So after 8 years of going to this nail salon I've decided it no longer would be an option, I went in yesterday after a long hours of work and an hour and a half before closing the salon. 2 wonderful ladies helped me, I felt rush for the first time in years, to pick out a color, I ended up hating how it looks and begged her to restart she told me to trust the process and I told her I would after the final coat it looked nothing like the display.
