This is a company that stands up behind their warranties and they do what they say they will do. When the pool is having issues such as discolor or any other issues, AAA S & P can advise on what needs to be done to correct the problem. I had several issues that were one after another. None of the ongoing issues were due to anything AAA did or didn't do. My hot tub is a few years older and has been moved to my current home which contributed to the issues I had along with normal wear and tear and the prior company not fixing the original problem correctly. My ongoing issues came within hours to days after the prior repairs but AAA Spa and Pool Service were always professional and responsive to me and getting my hot tub taken care of before the cold weather hit which can make fixing a hot tub outside the home difficult or almost impossible till warmer weather. The staff and technicians were all great and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about them!

It took us 2 weeks to get answers before we ordered the pool. Now no one can tell us where the shipment is or give us the number to reach out to in order to get our answers. They won't issue a refund because its a special order! Excuse me it is a standard pool that you order all the time Im not sure how that is a special order. Now we are out $16,000.00 and still have no pool. Don''t go here it is not worth the stress.

I did and received no response. I called a week later and I was told that they probably couldn't deliver since there were only two guys that could move the tub. I was told to provide my information (again) and someone hopefully would get back to me. That did not happen. How these people are still in business is beyond me, especially considering I called a competitor and they responded immediately and guaranteed delivery in ten days or less. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
