Because we knew our pump needed replacement I got an estimate from the old company for over $2000. A friend recommended Pools and Spas so we got a second estimate for the exact same pump= $1500. Pools and Spas was a couple of weeks out for installation but because our old pump was leaking, they managed to fit us in after hours and we couldnt be happier. Staff was friendly and helped educate us and their prices are certainly more competitive than our old company.

We ended up using Ohio Spa repaid and it was fixed right away. We had a service tech, text me, complaining about me and when I responded, he said it was meant to go to the owner. The owner did not seem to care at all about our frustration. We were not aware of being charged more each time, until we got our credit card (just kind of assumed they would come out and fix their mistake). I will continue to share this story with anyone who will listen, as it was very stressful (the person who referred Rainbow Hot Tubs is no longer using them either after this experience). I shared on social media and it sounds like a number of people were not satisfied with their service either.

He helped troubleshoot the issue by phone. AND it was past their closing time. Unfortunately, I purchased my tub from a company in Columbus. They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money. After multiple missed scheduled appointments and return calls from Fox, they returned in early march did some measurements and again assured me to fix the problem and that I would be first on the list for the repairs.
