(Also he had a sticker on it) He found several things wrong. Everything from the gas pressure was out of wack coming into my house. To the computer board. He spent some time diagnosing the problem. He then looked up the manufacture date, and found out it was still in warranty. He contacted the manufacturer and explained everything to them. He was able to get us a newer and better system for no cost. (Still had to pay for only a service call). Which is better than what a lot of the others were offering. I was glad to hand him the check. This is the quality work you do not see any more. Please look them up, he is honest and dependable. This is the type of company people would be honored to work for. Thank you.

We called a lot of places to gather info, but Plain City was the only company that offered to come out and assess the situation....to see if there was any way they could save us money by doing a repair rather than a replacement. The owner came out himself. It ended up still needing a replacement, and Plain City had the best communication with us. We ended up going with them even though they didn't have the lowest price, because they were trustworthy. Again, the owner came out and did all the work himself. He arrived when he said he would and took the time he said he would take. The work was completed on time, and he left the area clean. A really nice company that I would not hesitate to use again.

As I suspected the 60-year-old drain pipe had a hole, actually a crack when he pulled it off. His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. He had to use an auger and then as the blockage was deeper in the pipe, he had another machine he used. He did extra work, but only charged the price he quoted.

When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. Of course I ran to the Liquide Plumber Max strength-Hey, strike two you are not supposed to do that either. Also the fumes will make your life miserable. I was SO afraid to call a plumber, I had NO idea what it might cost. I read great reviews about Foust and decided to give them a try. Meredith, who answered the phone was so incredibly nice. She worked with me to try to get someone out ASAP. Christopher arrived around 7:45pm. He was so nice, professional and took great care in making sure that my hardwood floor was protected from his tool and water. Well, the clog was a BIG ONE. But after about 1 1/2 hours of working on the sink SUCCESS!!! After he took his tools to the truck he came in to make sure that the sink and surrounding area was perfectly clean and even put my throw rug in place. I appreciated his friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. And the best part! The price! I was so nervous to ask what I owed and was so relieved when I saw the bill.
