This time, it was on the eve of the famous Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show, so the beer garden was full of lively sewists enjoying some brews and live music. They had a couple of food trucks on-site, too, although the lines were long so I just enjoyed a beer (or two) and went on my merry way. The staff here were friendly, and the beer-on-tap selection, while not huge, had plenty of variety and I was able to find a nice, cold amber ale that I enjoyed immensely in the warm summer hear. Bonus: if you need some bike supplies, they've got those too!

The person on the phone was very accommodating and patient. We let them know when we were planning on arriving, and they said they would make sure the store was open. Snowshoe rentals were only $15 each, and they included poles, goggles, and a balaclava. I believe the snow pants and snow boots were also only $15 each. The teal pants were SO cute. The person in the store was also very patient and helpful. There was a cute little hot cocoa station that included marshmallows, tea, Vitamin C, and apple cider packets. The only things missing were candy canes! But they made up for it with sweet treats (sugar cookies, fudge, and more). While we were there, we realized that we forgot our hand warmers. The person overheard us and gave us some for free!! What makes this place so convenient was that it was 6 minutes from our AirBnb in Sunriver AND they have a return box outside of the store if we get there after hours! I was also pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to return the rentals under the next morning at 9:00. Will definitely come back for more rental needs!

I've rented skis a few times and I've always had the employees fit the boots on me, and generally engage in a conversation about how they feel, how they should feel, etc. Here, they just left me with the boots and as a beginner skier, I would've liked to have a bit more engagement to make me feel comfortable with how they're supposed to fit. Kid when we returned bikes was a jerk. We rented seven bikes and were told to have them back…read more"roughly the same time as rented". We rented at 4:10 and returned at 5:00. And were charge another days for seven bikes. Up until then experience was fine. I get it when you're renting one bike but seven bikes as 30/night I felt could use a little flexibility.
