I went to this place this morning to drop off a DoorDash food order, which, as instructed via the DoorDash app, I was to place in front of the door, like most of my other DD deliveries After I got in my car, one of the (I think) two main employees came up to me and said something to the effect of "You think is okay to put the fuckin' bag on the ground? You suck." To which I told him there was no need for him to talk to me that way. I almost went back in to confront him and demand an apology. I left this situation shaking with rage. I do have problems letting go of incidents like this quickly, and it pretty much ruined the rest of my day. I really hope I don't run into this guy again. Because dude, I don't trust myself.

The guy pulled in to the wrong spot then proceeded to drive over my lawn where I have a sprinkler system and he put ruts in my Nice green lawn. Then he said I'm not walking all this hay over to your barn. I can dump it here and you can move it. I said I'm paying for delivery. I want it delivered and stacked. I told him I had tried to reach out so he could use the roundabout and back in - so he proceeded to do so . It was so dark, even with my floodlight that he really couldn't see where he was going - and instead of getting out of the truck and saying "I'm so sorry I'm gonna have to come back "he left.. Instead of reversing next to my hay shed, he hit the gas and he took off and left WITH my hay. Nobody from the company reached out the next morning to say they're sorry about his bad behavior. Let's reschedule -nothing . No communications no apologies. No nothing. He just split and never looked back. I have been around horses a very long time and I have never had somebody just split . Through it all Frank was difficult to reach and did not seem to care about all the damage he created on our property or the subpar work that his crews were doing. When I told him that I felt he was too busy to work our property and that if things didn't improve we would find someone else he replied "go for it." So we have. I personally think this person is trying to take on way too much and doesn't really care about the landowner whatsoever. He's in it purely for himself.

One of the staff had been through it herself on moving to Bend from PDX. All of her pets developed bladder crystals due to the high level of minerals here in the water. She told me what I would need to do (switch to distilled water) and what supplements to use. My pup is allergic to corn and the vet told me he would have to be on a special corn diet for bladder crystals for the next two months. She found me a food over Chewy that was not corn-based and recommended another food brand that has been a game changer for both of my pups to supplement with until the Chewy order arrived. Fast forward to the 4th of July. I spoke to another knowledgeable staff member about my other dog's anxiety with firewords and she made recommendations that were so effective, we decided to curb his anxiety naturally from now on with the 2 products she gave us samples of. My pup was like a puppy again, playful, cuddling, tender, soft. We appreciate their return policy, too, that allows us to make returns if needed. They have never judged us as we have been honest about pet concerns, which can be emotional.

The good news is I have now seen so many different Drs and staff members I think I can actually give a good feel for the energy and work ethic of this group! Coming from working in animal hospital during most of my grooming career I suppose I could be a little picky or over critical. I tried multiple clinics before finding Redmond Vet! I have a sweet pug Dexter who was having eye issues a few years ago post covid every place was not taking new clients or booked out 6 months. I had been to two different emergency clinics in the area and Dexters eye wasn't getting better. Then I met Dr. Curt and was immediately impressed. Kind hearted, compassionate and made me feel like a neighbor or friend he explained all the issues in a way I could understand and worked diligently to fight the antibiotic resistant infection my little guy had! Since then I have seen Dr. Sean who is so colorful and fun I really enjoy him! Now to my most recent experience with Dr.Casse this isn't the first time I've seen her, my lab had a small issue last year and I knew I liked this Dr right away dealing with her then so I have since requested her. Fast forward to today when my poodle Delilah started haveing horrible issues, Dr. Casse got us in right away. She was very conscious of my financial situation and compassionate to the fact that I was extremely worried about my girl. She took immediate action and included me in all decision making. Delilah is now set up for surgery Wednesdays and I trust Dr. Casse with her 100 percent. I own my own business grooming dogs here in town and recommend all of my clients here, I am so confident in the staff to be kind courteous and help all these sweet animals. I hope this helps and I HIGHLY recommend Redmond Veterinary Clinic.
