I opted for the truffle fries: homemade fries, truffle salt, parmesan, and Meyer lemon aioli. They also had sandwiches, different types of egg rolls, and dino nuggets! Ha. I loved their menu and really want to try more of their food, because the fries were super delicious. Perfectly fried and hand cut, with the right amount of salt. And the aioli was so good. This burger has shredded pickles, caramelized onion, thousand island dressing, and American cheese. Very much a classic and I thought that would be a good place to start. The flavor was delicious and the tots went really well with this burger. I asked for garlic aioli for the dipping sauce. I decided to come down to the festival of the arts and see if I could find my food truck favorite and I couldn't be happier or luckier that I found this place. Most commonly you'll find Elote made by cup more often than in the cob but in my opinion the latter is far superior, and they sell both! They even offer either taki's dusted or hot Cheetos dusted (what I got). I really can't joke when I say even though this was what I was hopefully searching out, this place blew my expectations out of the water. This is probably the best Elote I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying, please give them a check out and some attention.
