Mike was awesome to work with and even though I had to call him more than once because of my own craziness he was still very nice. When our driver arrived on Christmas morning ten minutes early to take us to the airport we were more than excited. Our son left us in the house and ran to get in the car. When we finally got in the car it was super clean. I was a little worried that it may smell like smoke because the drive was standing outside the car smoking while waiting on us but thank goodness it didn't. He wasn't very talkative but was very nice and was a very safe driver. We would have him as a driver again. I recommended Anton to our son's godmother who has a booking a car service for an upcoming business trip. She's booking with them today 12/26/23! I was very disappointed that we heard nothing until Scorpion tried to confirm they were picking me up at the airport. Needless to say, my trust was broken and I was not using them for my return from the airport. Again, no apologies for the previous week. Things happen, employees don't do their jobs. An apology would have gone a long way, an offer of compensation may have restored my faith. Buyer beware!
