We were referred through a friend. It is almost 30 minutes away in traffic, but we had to give it a try. My oversized Cavapoo gets excited when we pull up. He is treated like he is their own pet. When I pick him up he is so happy. Now we have another Cavapoo, we got our dog a dog of his own. He loves it there. Sarah does great work! The staff is tops from the wash to the finish. The dogs socialize there and it looks like a party when we pickup the boys. We tried the rest, but found the best.

Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed. On one day, I brought in one of my dogs and was never asked to provide proof of his rabies vaccination, even though I had the documentation with me. The very next day, I brought in my other dog. He was approximately one month overdue for his rabies vaccine, and I had already scheduled his vaccination appointment for the following day. When I arrived, a different employee asked for his rabies tag and refused to accept him for grooming because I did not have it. What frustrates me most is the lack of consistency. If proof of vaccination is required, that policy should be applied equally to all customers and by all employees. Instead, one dog was accepted without any verification, while the other was turned away the next day. To make matters worse, when I later attempted to schedule another appointment online, my request was simply rejected without any explanation or communication. Beyond these issues, the front desk experience has often felt unwelcoming, with interactions coming across as passive-aggressive rather than customer-focused. I understand and respect the importance of vaccination requirements, but customers deserve consistent enforcement of policies, clear communication, and professional service. After over a year as a customer, this experience has been very disappointing.

I will never again take them anywhere else! I now make sure to book well in advance to be certain that I get them both in for an appointment. They also offer mobile grooming services. I requested pricing and an appointment via their website and Jade assisted with providing the information and scheduling. I was able to get an appointment within less than a week. Pricing is on the higher side compared to other places I've gone to, however, my fur baby was fresh and smelled sooo good once I picked her up. I was expecting this appointment to take about 4-5 hours due to the experience I had at other places. I am very glad this wasn't the case! Within 2 hours my fur baby was ready to come home. I'm very happy with the outcome and am looking forward to many more spa days from here. Tip - if you are a first time costumer make sure to look at their brochure. There is $10 off promo for new customers. This was not vocalized to me so I'm happy that I looked through it and found it myself.

We initially believed we had found an ideal groomer because this facility promotes dog interaction, similar to a puppy daycare environment. Socialization was important to us, and during our first two visits everything seemed excellent. We were able to see our dog playing and interacting with other dogs on the live cameras, and he appeared to be having a great time. However, during later visits, we noticed a significant change. Our dog appeared to be kept in a crate from the time he arrived until pickup. We raised this concern with the owner, who assured us this would not happen again. Based on that reassurance, we decided to give the business another opportunity. Unfortunately, during the following visit we experienced the same issue. Our dog was not visible on the cameras and appeared to have been crated again. When we addressed this, we were told it was due to a miscommunication among staff members. We were again reassured that the issue had been resolved and would not occur in the future. Today, after not seeing our dog on the cameras for approximately two and a half hours, my husband called the facility to check on him. The staff member who answered the phone was dismissive and did not allow my husband to fully explain the situation. We referenced our previous conversations with Chris, the owner, who had assured us this would not continue to happen. The staff member responded that Chris was not present and stated that she needed to check in all dogs before allowing ours to be cage-free. At that point, our dog had already been there for two and a half hours, which raised further concerns for us. Due to the circumstances and the manner in which the call was handled, my husband informed them that he would be coming to pick up our dog immediately, as we were not comfortable paying for services where he remained crated the entire time. When my husband arrived, our dog was simply brought out and released to him. There was no explanation, acknowledgment, or apology offered. Based on our experience, I encourage other pet owners to ask questions and ensure they fully understand how their pets will be cared for during their stay.
