Never once was I told I was paying for a warranty which is $30 extra. I only noticed when I got home. I'm disgusted by the service. The employee was like a used car salesman. I tried 4 times to have my prescription emailed to me, once it not going through because of the gmail issue, once to my work address and there was a discrepancy that needed fixing and the girl I talked to said the Dr. had to do it, who was out of the country. I called to get it on the following week, they'd been too busy but would email it right then. Never came through. Called a week later, yes will send it... never came through. I had to find time to drive there, and it took two minutes to get it printed. In most of those phone conversations to get it emailed, they seemed exasperated, like I was a bother.

I brought them in to see if they could straighten them for her so I could take them to her at the hospital. I was worried if I tried I might break the frame because they are so thin. Raylee was working and she explained that she would try but if they broke I would need to order a new frame. I was so worried because my Mom can only see out of one eye now and Visionworks had put a special lens in these glasses because she's color blind in the good eye. She needs them to see at all. Raylee took her time and was able to straighten them and she also put new nose pads on them. When she gave the repaired glasses back to me in a new case I started to cry. She stepped out from behind the counter and gave me a hug. Thank you for caring...you have no idea how much I needed something to go right and you made sure that happened!
