Lots of designer labels, but my only go to are Ray Bans because they never go out of style. Claire said hello to me, and let me look at the different frames. Found a pair with polarized lens, and was set...class Wayfarers. Claire was friendly, in fact the whole staff is friendly, which is why I came up here. Oh I also needed an eyeglass strap for my prescriptions, and they had a purple one...score! Great shop to come to for you sunglass needs. It was great to drive back without the sun glaring down on me!

Thank god they were able to fix them and they fit better than before. I went back a month later to get 2 pair of Ray Bans for Birthday gifts. I bought myself 1 pair of Aviators and within 2 weeks I kicked my purse over and they fell to the floor and scratched right in the line of sight. I brought them back to see if there was any repair that could be done. I spoke to Jerrie the manager and she went above and beyond to make me a very happy customer. I brought them in to see if they could straighten them for her so I could take them to her at the hospital. I was worried if I tried I might break the frame because they are so thin. Raylee was working and she explained that she would try but if they broke I would need to order a new frame. I was so worried because my Mom can only see out of one eye now and Visionworks had put a special lens in these glasses because she's color blind in the good eye. She needs them to see at all. Raylee took her time and was able to straighten them and she also put new nose pads on them. When she gave the repaired glasses back to me in a new case I started to cry. Thank GOD for Insurance, right? Well, we send the glasses off, and then find out, that my insurance had frigging lapsed just the month before. But, after trying to get new contacts for my son for over 5 months, I don't think we will be back. There was always some sort of issue, error, mistake, etc that had us coming back every few weeks just to get the right samples for him to try. Nearly 6 months after his initial exam we finally were able to get exactly what their doctor said he needed and moved forward on getting his order for the year taken care of. From being put on hold for over 20 mins, to given wrong information, wrong trial contacts ordered and follow up calls on items we already picked up - our 1st experience here gave us the impression that this place is one hot mess.
