They provided detailed quotes and diagnosis. Amazingly they were able to get the parts and have our car repaired as we had hoped within a week. Less than a week we picked our car up with after hours lockbox service and returned our rental. We made it home and our trip didn't even lose a step. They truly saved us from a lot of complexity in getting back home as our rental had to be returned to Medford and couldn't be extended either.
