Dented misaligned doors. Told to email VIDEO (yes all on CCTV w audio) to Tyler. He just won't respond. I assume they're waiting for lawsuit service, and they're smart cause that's what I'm filling this week. In hindsight manager was trying to warn me not to use their delivery drivers. RUN from these jokers.

The other 2 involved special order furniture and both times the delivery time was longer than expected or promised. On April 4th we ordered a bedroom set that we were told would take 8-12 weeks. On July 7th we were told it was on the truck enroute from Pennsylvania. On July 28 we were promised delivery no later than the 2nd of August as the truck was due on 7-31 or 8-1. Matt promised that it would be delivered Friday or Saturday depending on what day it arrived. The freight wasn't delivered to People's until Saturday morning. By the time delivery is finally made it will have been 18 weeks from purchase to delivery. After calming down I realized that the problem didn't lie with People's primarily. The reached out and explained the situation and satisfied me that they did their best but the delivery from manufacture to them was out of their control.

It was wired wrong from the get-go and didn't use cold water. Most of the time service was good, but there were a couple of disappointing times over the years. That seemed to defeat the purpose of selling online, but okay. When I went in the store it was a little crowded and chaotic. They didn't have any similar models to what was online. I was looking for a refrigerator, and most their models were over $1300, which is a lot. I just wanted an inexpensive, basic model, and they had nothing. While I was there the clerk was chatting with someone and the conversation extended to the point I couldn't get help, since I didn't want to be rude, but there was only one clerk so it would have been nice if he had just asked me briefly if I had any questions. So--nonexistent service, limited inventory, the models they did have looked very beat up--just not a great place, to me.
