    I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR! I bought very expensive flooring and the company that delivered was central transport. My neighbors watched the truck pull up, open the truck, dolly the flooring to the edge of the truck, dropped it IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET, and then drove off. I am literally in shock.

    YOU SHIPPED IT CENTRAL TRANSPORT.......I'LL NEVER GET MY FREIGHT NOW........HOLY MOLEY, NOT CENTRAL!!!!!!!!!!!

    they deserve a zero. too bad they dont have that as a choice. worst carrier ive ever experienced. shipped my product and it took close to one month to receive. there are many good common carriers out there like yellow, old d, and saia. do not use central transport, they are slow slow slow!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Three 5-gallons that were delivered - the pallet looks NOTHING like it did when it was loaded onto the Central Transport truck.

    Too bad it's not possible to give zero stars. We shipped a pallet of seven 5-gallon pails to a customer from FL to CA. The quoted transit time was 5 business days. It actually took 13 business days for the order to arrive & only three of the seven 5-gallon pails were delivered. We've already shipped out four 5-gallon pails at no charge & covered the additional shipping charges for the replacement pails as well. We're a month into the claim process & we're not getting anywhere. This fiasco has cost us $1,087.01 for Central Transport's negligence. We will never use them again. There's plenty other trucking companies out there. Shipper beware!!! Here's pictures of how the pallet looked when it shipped out & how it looked when it was delivered

They have a modest $8 to $10 transfer fee depending on the amount and bank where you are sending the money to. We always call ahead to check the rates before we drop by. PACKAGE ("BALIKBAYAN BOX") SERVICES: 9.9/10. Again, their services outshine their competitors by far! They offer package tracking services via an Apple/Andriod app and best of all they deliver to remote areas too (without charging astronomical fees!). Their delivery rates are far better than their competitors and delivery times are pretty accurate. For current rates, please call ahead. STORE HOURS: 8/10. They are open till 6 PM on weekdays and 5 PM on weekends. For latest store hours, please call ahead and check with them. Overall, we love their services and have never been dissatisfied!

    never send boxes thru this company!! the office manager is rude and they will tell other customers…read moreyour business! i have been sending my boxes through them for a very long time, i was late with a payment, when they delivered my 2 boxes in manila, the driver was instructed to take the boxes back. ok i understood and made a payment. although i have been a loyal customer, sending more than 5 boxes per month, did not show any consideration to atlease leave the boxes since it's already there. mind you, the contents of my boxes are all donations and support for my dog shelter! i have over 400 dogs there!! the office manager alice, called my aunt who is also a customer, told my aunt that i owed them for 2 boxes, and told my aunt the dates i sent them. how unprofessional!! now, that was like more than a month ago. to my surprise, i found out from my caretaker who is in the philippines, that the boxes were never delivered again!! i called the main office, once again alice told me it was delivered and had a major attitude!! i told her my boxes were not delivered and insisted that it was! does not listen to customers' issue and responded rudely! and she is very unprofessional to tell my business to another customer!! i tried to contact the owner of the business, but i was told that i would have to deal with alice instead! never again!!!

I'm sorry, but this is not a good customer service. This is not the first time UPS does something like that with me. One of your drivers came once and my wife needed her medication urgently and we're waiting for this medication to come and I was working in my room and the driver did not even stay a second he came knock once and then he went back and then I came out I saw I'm on the camera. I came out and I see him driving away. I had to drive after him, tried to catch him and ask him for the medication and when I approach him, I said what's going on why don't you wait for a little bit if you rang the bell once and you didn't even stay for like two seconds and he just gave me a smirk he says OK what's your what's your package which one and then I told him and he gave me the package but code customer service and when I came to complain in the office, you guys didn't care you said OK we'll see we'll see in on this matter and you did nothing. FedEx are the best. I urge everybody to go and use FedEx. I never went back to the UPS store again. And I'll make sure all my family and friends use FedEx instead
