I would give them zero stars if I could. Posting again on the Union City, CA location. We bought a range from Samsung that was supposed to be delivered on 9/7/24. We left early from a family camping trip to ensure that we were back in enough time to have our new range delivered and installed. On our way home the night before we received a call that the item wasn't going to be delivered as scheduled because they hadn't received the item from Samsung. We called Samsung and were told that the item was already sent to RXO, so it was a he said she said scenario. We ended up rescheduling for 9/21/24 and were given a delivery window of 2:30p - 6:30p and were told that the driver would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. We were at a family birthday party and received a call at 12:30 with the RXO driver saying "We outside your house." and asked where we were. We advised that they were way early and nobody call 30 minutes prior. We ended up leaving the birthday party to get home for the install. When we arrived, the unit was already unloaded and was being unpacked. The RXO employees removed the old unit and brought the new one in to our home. They "attempted" to install the range, but said it wouldn't fit. I informed them that it wasn't fitting because they never even leveled the unit, which is why it was hitting the counter tops on the top left and the cabinets on the lower right. They "attempted" to level the unit (without the use of an actual level) and tried again. They said the unit still would not fit and that they "didn't know what to do" so they said they would leave the item in place. They left our home and my wife and I took less than 2 minutes to level the unit, which then allowed it to EASILY slide into place. We thought the ordeal was over, but then noticed that the left side of the unit had a big bulge in the metal which caused the lower storage drawer not to close properly. Upon further inspection, we noticed that the unit appeared to have been dropped because the entire frame was bent underneath. We pulled footage from our security cameras and noticed that the truck they delivered with did not have a lift gate or ramp so the delivery guys leaned a hand truck against the truck and just slid it down until the unit hit the ground. I can't believe the lack of caring or respect for peoples purchases that they are not even equipped to deliver these types of items. This was unacceptable, so we contacted both RXO and Samsung to report the issue. We were told that it would take 3-5 days before both of their systems showed the item as delivered so they can use the button to request for a replacement. Eventually the replacement button was available however, I had to personally call Samsung and RXO for updates because none of the promised correspondence or escalation requests ever yielded a response without me initiating the call. Eventually the replacement was scheduled to be delivered on 9/30/24 and we were given a window of all day. I took the day off work (losing pay to do so) and nobody ever came. After waiting and not receiving an update I contacted Samsung and RXO again, spending 2+ hours on the phone only to be told it wasn't going to be delivered again! At this point I left a family trip early, a birthday party early and now missed work and lost money and still don't have a replacement. I was told I would receive a call ASAP because it was escalated to the manager of the local hub in Sacramento and as I am writing this I still have not received an update. This has been by far the worst delivery experience ever and I would never use them if given the choice. everyone just tells you to wait 24-48 hours for every response and nobody ever follows through. UPDATE: Our replacement range arrived today (10/2/24) however, it too was damaged. This time not by the drivers, but the warehouse. I cannot even begin to express my frustration with this company. Drivers this time were great and agreed that we should not keep it. I was told that RXO is responsible for paying for unit if delivered twice damaged. RXO needs to step up and pay for the unit and deliver an undamaged one. We'll see how long this replacement takes. Worst experience with a delivery service ever. read more

I recently worked as a employee at XPO Logistics in Addis, La. No one could understand why they had such a high turn over rate and I instantly knew the reason why! Employees donot stay they leave management is a extreme problem and it is a family "you scratch my back I scratch your orchestrated mess"! They mislead there employees to believe that they were agents or were training to be federal agents and in their family unit they use their relatives who work for police departments to bully around other employees that they racially and gender profile. They choose selectivley based of a organisation decision! The first day of work there they leave mounds of paperwork as there "set up" and try to downgrade there employees based off there framework. There IT is a big joke and they use there IT to invade employees privacy. Sexual assault and harrassment cases are over looked by management and they lie for the employees that do resulting in high turn over rates! They legally try to protect themselves by manufacturing evidence to protect themselves from a lawsuit. Many of my friends who left the employer left the enviroment due to the same conditions and many of them who are are the same ones who repeated there pattern with every employee! Many employees said Corruption Corruption Corruption! They brag about how employees don't have enough to find them guilty in there corruption and playing dumb is their best attribute! They always make mistakes and they blame the wrong people "He DId IT" is there most pratical lie and "job security is there work place politics to get other employees fired (they sabotage other employees work) in there "GET THEM OUT GAME"!!!! A few of my co worker who quit said they would not work with roaches or people tampering with there food or the abuse conditions that occur in there facilities and there privacy is none of their un-PROfessional business! They let other employees get away with things they hold other employees accountable for which isn't there fault but they caused strategically for job security and that is why they received failing scores! What they are "Extrodinary Liars Perpertaing Officers"! It don't take professionalism to work there if you need a job during the COVID pandemic because that is what they will try to use as leverage to maintain employment just endorse 21st Century Slavery and latency problems caused by the IT Department who Game Change to play, GXO is a hoax and XPO is the parent company of the corruption! When applying for a job just walk in without shoes on that should fit their example perfectly for what a unprofessional company is! Several locations were shut down as a cover up (fists fights and formeldhyde stories is all anyone hears and there answer is "they did it" recordables out of the yahzoo and oh molly don't they give a damn good lie to passively dis engage after they are wrong! They wash each other backs with a strategically logistically timed planned lie and don't try to defend yourself they just stack even more lies Based off of their orchestrated emotions of who did what "wrongfully profiling gender discrimination and race discrimination" (in there intelligent way)! The high turn over just keeps on going and going! A refresher course to see what they can do differently to cover it up and they right back at it! I was seriously terrified waiting for my delivery date. I honestly prayed the night before, begging not to have the same experience as most of the reviews I've seen here. I purchased a platform bed from Amazon on Thursday June 14th. Amazon gave me a "guaranteed" delivery date of Wednesday June 20th. On Monday June 18th Amazon tracking showed that my bed had left seller facility and arrived at the carrier facility in CA (I'm located in Arizona btw). Tuesday showed a lot of movement for my bed and around 4:30pm I saw that the bed had arrived at the carrier facility in Phoenix (a city about 30 minutes out from my home). I thought the bed would actually get delivered as Amazon had guaranteed, on Wednesday. That didn't happen. On Wednesday June 20th Amazon tracking showed that my bed was being transferred to "final large item carrier for final delivery" in Phoenix around 9:30am and arrived there around 9:45pm. It was kind of funny to me that it was transferred from one Phoenix warehouse to another in the same city, I didn't understand why it couldn't have just gone there in the first place. I figured they needed to sort things into different warehouses based on weight, whatever, wasn't that big of a deal. This entire time the XPO tracking site just said "Released for scheduling". This scared me a bit because I hadn't gotten a call to schedule a delivery time like I saw so many people in the reviews had. Thursday the 21st came, no call, no Amazon update. On Friday the 22nd, Amazon updated me saying that there was a delay and the unit would be delivered sometime between Monday (25th) and Friday (29th). I was a bit perturbed and started to worry that I was going to have a bad experience. Amazon later updated saying the unit would arrive between 8 am - 8 pm on Monday. Still, I hadn't gotten a call from XPO. On Sunday June 24th Amazon notified me again that my unit would be delivered the next day. I checked XPO's tracking site and the estimated delivery time was "9 am - 12 pm". I was going to be at work and didn't want to call off so I had my boyfriend stay. On Monday June 25th I saw there was a little animation of the truck on their tracking site and it was about 25 min away. I got a call around 9:10 am from my delivery driver letting me know he was 15 minutes out & I gave him the gate code to my apartment. I called my boyfriend and alerted him. They came in what my boyfriend says was an unmarked delivery truck with Enterprise Rent-A-Car tire flaps. They met my boyfriend outside the apartment, carried the unit in and that was that. No hassle. Let me tell you my heart was pounding the whole time I was on the phone with my boyfriend listening while it occurred but everything went very smoothly, it was quick and painless. I will update this review, if possible, once I get home to check for and damage of the bed. But as far as the delivery process went, I was very pleased. It makes me wonder whether people are just more apt to write a review when they've been very negatively impacted, rather than when things go as they're supposed to, which might explain why the majority of the reviews are negative. If there are reviews for XPO Logistics having more than one-star, they are undoubtedly for the workers who deliver and install your item... If it ever gets that far. XPO Logistics has managed to dupe multinational corporations into providing delivery of their products without any expectation of consistency or actual fulfillment. I don't know if they charge by weight or piece, but I assume they lowball every other shipper in order to have established themselves at their current scale. The secret to their success is a service modality using as few fiscal resources as possible. This is the structure of an XPO experience: -- Customer places order with seller and is given a projected date of delivery, generally 4-6 weeks out with the possibility of up to 8 weeks to a rural area. -- Customer receives notification when item ships from seller. Customer may view tracking of item from warehouse to when it is handed off to XPO Logistics, though there is no mention of XPO's involvement until you contact the seller. -- Customer receives contact information for XPO Logistics. When customer attempts to call, they are routed through an automated system which may be an endless loop or, if they choose wisely, an actual person in another country who claims to be unable to locate the item. -- After numerous attempts to call and/or email XPO, the customer resorts to contacting the seller who also attempts to contact XPO to locate the item via something called a dock search. This means the item is somewhere in a XPO holding facility but no one will say definitively where. -- Repeated contact from the seller triggers some new cycle of activity from XPO wherein they leave a robocall for the customer with a projected delivery date. The time is open-ended, generally anywhere from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. so the customer is expected to be available the entire day. -- If that appointment is not cancelled with another robocall reschedule, the customer will wait for some contact with the delivery team. If the customer is fortunate enough to get that, they *might* actually receive their item. Otherwise, they may be contacted once delivery time has passed by an employee who apologizes and provides a personal name/number in order to reschedule the next day. -- Customer attempts to use the XPO info provided to reschedule, only to have the phone ring a set number of times before the call drops without any opportunity to leave a message. -- At this point, the customer can wait for days without any further delivery attempts by XPO. They can again reach out to the seller, or they can do what I did, which was cancel the order after two months with no resolution. XPO Logistics is the type of company the dullest student in Econ 101 can learn about (the long con) but it takes a special kind of stupid for a successful business like Costco to disregard their terrible service in order to offer "free delivery." The biggest screw up I have ever heard dealing with a shipper. Ordered a dryer from Samsung which was suppose to be delivered on March 8, 2022. So the day is going by haven't heard anything by 1pm I call and they said oh it's in Miami (roughly 1.45 hour away) and it's at the wrong hub and it will be corrected, and rescheduled delivery for March 10, 2022. Okay, so March 10 comes around and it's still in Miami and they will have to reschedule for March 15, 2022. I call the hub in Miami to verify the information I am told from Customer Service. So they tell me it needs to go to Last Mile hub in West Palm Beach, Florida. So I call Samsung to verify it will all be corrected. The elevate the issue and it will be fixed and reschedule the delivery for March 15, 2022. So March 15, 2022 I call around 9am to find out time frame of delivery and it is still in Miami but being delivered back to the Orlando hub which is my suppose hub for my area. So I call today March 17, 2022 and guess what, they are now telling me that the dryer is in Orlando and it's not my delivery area and the order needs to be canceled and Samsung needs to put a new work order in to delivery it to me. The funny part to this entire thing is I did all the legwork for the customer service agent no one ever called me to let me know that it was all screwed up. The funniest part to all this is I'm on hold currently 11:16am for the past 20 minutes with XPO customer service hold is supposedly calling Samsung to fix it when the errors are from XPO. They literally drove the dryer past my house from Orlando to Miami and then back from Miami to Orlando and they still don't have any idea how to fix it. So I get that Samsung put the order in for my address but XPO is the shipper you would think that they would look at the address ship it to the closest hub for local delivery, how in the world they screwed up this badly is completely insane! I have confirmed emails from XPO and Samsung on the delivery times and even got text messages to boot but sadly no deliveries. Piss poor on execution and when asked to speak to a manager got no one, calling Samsung they just refer me back to XPO without any help. Seems like I'm not the only one as I look at other complaints regarding this company. You would think someone from the executive team would be looking into these issues, with such big contracts from large companies like Samsung. Worst experience ever,after missing the delivery 3 times and eventually delivering the fridge dented and missing parts, after numerous escalatios and wasted hours, they completely disregarded their commitment to pick up an item from my location. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the overall service I received from this company. To start, the delivery was supposed to arrive on a specific date, as clearly mentioned during the order placement. I made sure to be available at home, rearranging my schedule to accommodate the delivery. However, the day came and went, and there was no sign of the package. I attempted to contact the company's customer service multiple times, but their response was evasive, with vague excuses and no concrete information regarding the whereabouts of my package. It felt as if my concerns were being dismissed and brushed off. Adding to the inconvenience, the same delivery company was supposed to pick up the fridge location on a separate scheduled date. I prepared everything accordingly, expecting them to arrive promptly as promised. Yet again, I was left hanging, with no pickup taking place. This lack of professionalism and disregard for their commitments is unacceptable. The communication from this delivery company was abysmal throughout the entire process. They failed to provide me with any updates or a clear resolution to the issues I encountered. It seemed as if they had no regard for customer satisfaction or the importance of honoring their service agreements. Furthermore, the lack of accountability from their customer service team was appalling. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they seemed more interested in deflecting blame and avoiding any meaningful resolution. Their lackadaisical attitude only heightened my frustration and left me feeling helpless and taken advantage of as a customer. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this delivery company. Their inability to deliver on the promised date and their failure to pick up an item as scheduled demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. The poor communication, evasive responses, and overall disregard for their commitments have left me extremely dissatisfied. Terrible customer service to an individual home. Tell you they will deliver between 8-5, can call that morning and they will narrow it down to morning or afternoon. I did this the first day my package was to be delivered and was told it would be in afternoon so I waited all afternoon for it until finally at end of day I called and asked what was going on and they said it didnt make it on the truck that morning for some reason, asked why they didnt call and let me know this they said it was not their policy and if they did that they would have to call too many people everyday. Well I guess they dont respect my time at all. So the second day after they found the package and were to deliver it again I called and they said afternoon, I missed work to wait for it and again nothing, called and again they didnt know what happened this time, I was transferred to a supervisor and he thought it was strange and said he would look into it and call me back in 10 minutes, never heard back from him and by that time they had closed. I called back the next morning and spoke to the supervisor and he said that the package was on the truck and would be there probably between 1430 and 1630, again had to miss work to wait for truck, 1645 rolls around and no package, called supervisor and he said I was next on list. Waited an hour and nothing, called back before closing and spoke to another supervisor who said driver went by address and could not contact anyone. Told supervisor I have been sitting at my desk that overlooks front door to condos and no truck has come by and nobody has called me as they were supposed to. Supervisor states that his driver says he called and there is nothing he can do. I stated that good customer service would be to turn his driver around and bring it back because he did not come by my address, he refuses and says the best they can do is try again tomorrow between 8-5. I would not recommend this company for any deliveries. They do not respect your time. They have terrible customer service, the customer does not seem to matter to them at all. I will never use this company again and will recommend to everyone I can to never use them, unless you have a free week to wait around for a delivery! read more

I had the worst experience with XPO Logistics. When the employees came, they opened my door without knocking and without myself telling them to do so. I was half naked, it was very unpleasant. One of the employee asked me for some help for the delivery. I found that very unprofessional, but accepted because I assumed he wasn't in control of the situation. When I came downstairs, they were pushing the mattress against a step of the staircase and looking at me with that helpless look. Oh boy. I tried to guide them but the two guys didn't know French nor English that much (I'm from Montreal). I was trying to pull the mattress on the upper step against his force, and when I finally succeeded and needed the guy to push like he was doing uselessly, he said to me he was too tired to do so... The two guys said it wasn't going to pass and we needed to strap it and pull it on the balcony. Okay... I had the hope they knew what they were doing. I was terribly wrong. They nearly broke the guard rail and weren't able to pull it because they strapped it the most inefficient way. I told them to stop, and to leave before breaking something. They put in my file that the mattress didn't pass. It passed, I've done the measurements. I called IKEA and explained the situation. I asked for a more experienced team. They told me they would come tomorrow. Nobody came. I called again the day after, same thing, nobody came again. 3 times, this happened. My girlfriend and I took some days off at work to be at home for the deliveries... It's without saying that we weren't very happy. Also, after some times, they told IKEA they lost our mattress. Wow. And when they finally found it, it was all broke and IKEA wasn't comfortable delivering it to us. It wasn't like that when I told them to leave with it. Please, for us, do not do business with this company. UPDATE : I went by myself to get my mattress at IKEA. It passed in my staircase, of course. If this is the company that delivers for Lowes, well, I have not seen such incompetence before and amazed that they can even keep an account because I have not doubt Lowes is loosing business; they just lost our business. Just a little about the incompetence ... we ordered a washer and dryer from Lowes on a Thursday for a delivery on Saturday. We had to make changes to the order so we were on the phone with Lowes and the delivery company making those changes and always confirming the information. We were told we would get a call on Friday about the delivery, but that did not happen. We happened to be in Lowes on Friday and asked about the delivery and was given a time between 12 and 4:00. Saturday comes and the day is moving on so we call the delivery company for more details about the delivery again confirming all information. We are told the delivery is going to be a little later. Time goes by and we again are in contact with the delivery company only to find out they were not delivering the item because the drivers called our number -- an incorrect number -- and since no one answered they chose not to deliver to the home. Obviously, we were furious having sat home all day waiting only to find out that they were not coming and our continual confirmation of information was just disregarded and ignored. Needless to say we have the delivery rescheduled for Monday. We asked for it to be first thing considered what we went through on Saturday. However, we were put last on the list -- between 4-8 pm. Monday rolls around and we wait confirming information first thing the morning again. The day passes and around 5:00 we call Lowes to find out what is going on only to find out that they called the same wrong number at around 2 pm and were no longer delivering the unit because we were bumped. We of course cancelled the order. Not good service and Lowes lost a customer. I can only hope this company does not deliver for the next company we purchase our washer through. read more

Bought a mattress through Sam's club. Originally XPO wanted me to schedule my delivery online, but since the verification information they wanted was never provided to me, I had to call in and schedule it. Set up an appointment for the following Friday with a delivery window on Thursday. Was notified of what time they'd be there Friday and no one ever showed up, no call, no note, nothing. On Monday I received a call saying they had just received the mattress and were ready to schedule a delivery. I explained that I had already scheduled one and it had never showed. They were unable to provide an explanation as to why it was returned to the warehouse. Scheduled another delivery for that Friday. Only received a delivery window Friday morning when I had already left for work out of town. The window was from 7am to 6pm. A few hours later I got a call saying they were out on the road and it would be there between 9:30 and 10. Asked a friend to be at my house to receive it for me. Again, no one showed during that time frame. At 12 pm I received an email saying the mattress had been delivered. They had left it outside, on my porch, on a busy street where anyone could easily have taken it. As soon as I learned they were not showing up again I was in the process of trying to cancel the order and get a refund. I could not get ahold of Serta by any means and Sam's Club couldn't do anything so I was going to report it as a fraudulant charge. The only reason I did not go through with it is because this company is so incompetent I knew trying to return it would probably be even more of a hassle and I couldn't justify it. This was the single worst customer service experience of my life. No contest. Full stop. And judging from the other reviews and BBB complaints I've seen, I don't know how they're still in business. I was asked to review my experience and I said I wanted answers. Eventually got a call asking me to elaborate and I told them exactly what happened. Never heard another word. read more

Very poor service. I bought an over the oven microwave and dishwasher and the part that sold me was free delivery and installation. It took about a month after purchase to get someone to finally deliver them. Then I found out that rxo was also in charge of the installation process. After making multiple calls they finally set up an appointment to install and then didn't show up. Then I had to wait again for them to put in another work order so that was two weeks there. On the next appointment the installer only did the microwave. When I asked about the dishwasher he said he could only do the microwave. The install seemed good but when I turned on the vents wood chips and dust from where he had drilled into the cabinet blew all over. He had gotten debris in the vents and I had to clean that mess up and vacuum out the vent of the microwave. So now I still needed the dishwasher installed but they would not give me any information and then they had to put in another work order. At this point I just contacted the business I bought from so they could get this all finished. Rxo then tried to go back on service. They suggested that I had already had the dishwasher done and dragged out returning for another week. When the installers returned it was the same team. They made remarks about a review their last job received and after the job was done the main installer decided to make comments about how him having to be there was not cool and that he was supposed to be there for a repair because the dishwasher was already installed but needed adjustment. Again this was the same person that would not install the dishwasher on the first visit. Why would I pay someone wise to do a job that was included with the price of the items. He then started rambling about what someone at his dispatch had told him and other rude things as he left. Very uncomfortable feeling having someone like that in my home. Absolutely the worst installation service ever. If you can avoid rxo I'd recommend it. read more

THE WORST LOGISTICS COMPANY EVER They said they have over 85+ years experience, LOL. LESSON LEARNED. I purchased 4 styling stations for my salon. Paid with my credit card on Friday 6/28. Lyle (maybe the manager) told me he will try to ship our my order on Monday (7/1) or Tuesday (7/2) at the latest. FINALLY, MY ORDER WAS SENT OUT TO "XPO LOGISTICS" (THE WORST LOGISTIC COMPANY EVER) on WEDNESDAY (7/3), first disappointment. Buy-rite beauty emailed me information regarding to my order with tracking number, and it stated that it will be delivered to my commercial address on Friday (7/12). WRONG. XPO LOGISTICS call me and told me that they can't delivery my order on that date, and they set me up for Monday (7/15) 10AM - 2PM. I drove to my store this morning and wait it for my delivery for 4 hours long. 2:05PM, no calls, nothing from the worst logistic company, XPO Logistics. I called Buy-rite beauty and was told to call the logistics company directly, I guess Lyle or Jennifer , the shipping manager, were not willing to help me anymore since my last email of complaining of XPO's rescheduling me last Friday (7/12). I checked the status of my order, I were very sure it said "Out for delivery" but when I called XPO LOGISTICS, they put me on hold to contact their driver. YES, THEY FOUND OUT 10 MINUTES AGO THAT MY ORDER COULDN'T FIT IN THEIR TRUCK, SO I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE TOMORROW. I took a day off of work, waited 4 hours long, and were moved to another day, another disappointment. THEY PROMISED TO SHIP MY ORDER TOMORROW (TUESDAY 7/16), WHICH I AM NOT SURE THEY WILL DELIVERY THEIR PROMISES. Anyways, THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE SO FAR IN MY LIFE regarding to receive an order. OF COURSE I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANY COMPANIES IF I KNOW THEY ARE IN CONTRACT WITH XPO LOGISTICS, I SWEAR. Don't trouble yourself and save yourself from experiencing what I did. read more
