We've had Leonardi out for two appliance repairs in the last four months, and we won't be using them again. The first visit was for a dishwasher that had stopped getting the dishes clean. After a $300+ repair, it leaked the very next time we used it, causing over $2,000 in damage. That repair should never have been done, and the technician should have advised us to replace the unit. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.

The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

Counted my payments and realized I had already paid 966 and it was still saying I wasn't done making payments. Called to find out why it is still saying I owed a thousand dollars. Argued with the customer service until I was blue in the face. They told me I had to pay 2300 dollars.. for my stove (price tag was 686). After arguing with them they said if I pay them 94 dollars it would close up my balance. So I ended up paying $1060 on a $686 stove. It felt like a shake down. I will NEVER go anywhere near that store again! None of their customer service people could tell me why or even verify the original purchase price. I had booked the installer they use and had to reschedule the installer for another date. I booked an appointment and on the morning of the appointment the flooring company they contract with canceled. So you're telling me they only have two guys for all of Home Depot to do flooring installs? Plus they couldn't reschedule me for the same day. The entire experience is horrible. Home Depot may offer some deals here and there and products here and there, but their service and their follow-through and customer service is horrendous. The GS flooring company I would not recommend but that's the only flooring company Home Depot uses. So unfortunately now you're stuck they've got your money and you have no recourse at this point. Customer Service has gone down the hill. No one cares about their jobs anymore. They fleece the American public in general. The American people get screwed over by corporations.
