I also bugged them multiple times with the kind of stupid questions that come up before dropping $20k on a toy that comes in so many variations. They're very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as I return to buy accessories from them. I have ZERO complaints so far, other than wishing I'd have bought my dump trailer through them. It finally died so I phoned my auto insurance at Nationwide Insurance, and arranged for a tow from my home to his shop. Diagnoses: Filthy gas tank and a ill functioning fuel pump. Out the door I paid less than 50% of what I would have been charged by Roger diagnosising the issue at no cost. Old School. Love that!
