A few weeks ago I made a trip to DFW in order to see how my properties were doing and also to see how may I acquire any other investment opportunity. I can have a long list of Realtors more than willing to open house door and sign a document of sale but the difference is when someone takes care of you and is willing to go the extra mile in order to keep your business for the long run specially if the property will be a lease. "We did not know Susan before my wife Natalie met her. In one day of looking she found a home we loved. That home was head and shoulders above the other 6-8 new and or previously owned homes. She found the home for us! We were moving from Minnesota to the Argyle area to be close to our daughters family and grand children. Argyle was out of our price range but we still wanted to close enough to run back and forth easily. We are under 5 miles from them. We wanted a community pool for the grand kids. She found it all for us! Susan found us a 2,000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 car garage in a great location close to shopping, highways at a price we could afford. The offer was very difficult due to a home we had to sell in Minnesota, we did not have an accepted purchase agreement yet. The offer had to be made contingent upon the sale of our home.
