It was easy to contact them, and they arrived promptly to do an estimate. Their price was reasonable, and I decided to hire them for the work. They have a quick turnaround, and they would have completed the work in 3-4 days or so. Only in my case was there a problem: the golf ball broke not only the window but also damaged the frame and the window trim. That window trim had a specific design, and the window manufacturer was no longer in business. It took Louis a couple of weeks to search everywhere, but he did not give up, and in the end, he found a replacement. The new window looks just like the original. I could not be more content.

They provided me with quotes on both anneal (less in price, not as strong) and tempered (stronger, able to hold more weight) glass. I chose tempered because I have a whole bunch of pretty glass nonsense to put on display. Once I signed the quote, it took about a week for the glass to be ready. I initially reached out to this company for an estimate for a new door for my salon about a year ago. We decided to hold off and then in July decided to proceed. I paid my deposit and was told it would be about six weeks until my door came in to be replaced. Then I started requesting info on when I could expect this to be completed with no response. I am currently dealing with my credit card company to hopefully reverse the charges.

Over a month later, when we finally got on the schedule for the window to be installed big surprise a tech called out and they pushed us back another week so in all we waited almost 5 weeks for the window to be installed.
