Once the ball was rolling, it was an easy process. Trish and Tina were a pleasure to work with. They provided me with quotes on both anneal (less in price, not as strong) and tempered (stronger, able to hold more weight) glass. I chose tempered because I have a whole bunch of pretty glass nonsense to put on display. Once I signed the quote, it took about a week for the glass to be ready. For an extra fee, they deliver but I opted to pick up since they're only a few miles away. Look at my pics and see why I'm a happy old bird. I'd definitely use them again for any custom glass needs. I initially reached out to this company for an estimate for a new door for my salon about a year ago. We decided to hold off and then in July decided to proceed. I paid my deposit and was told it would be about six weeks until my door came in to be replaced. Then I started requesting info on when I could expect this to be completed with no response. I am currently dealing with my credit card company to hopefully reverse the charges.

Every time I tried to contact them I never got a hold of anybody at the office. I text the tech and they would respond a day or two later. Over a month later, when we finally got on the schedule for the window to be installed big surprise a tech called out and they pushed us back another week so in all we waited almost 5 weeks for the window to be installed. That being said they finally came out and the window is fixed so I guess if you aren't in a hurry or timeline then go with them.
