It is interesting that it has taken five months for a response. It is interesting the choice of words in the response as well. On this particular location on the 60 was near the high school/schools. I do agree driving is not a race, which is why I drive the speed limit. Given the number of road rage incidents that occur on a daily basis, I find it extremely dangerous to ever attempt to speed up or cut someone off. Besides the law requiring the use of a turn signal 100 yards before a turn, the effort to avoid a collision, and the effort to avoid any potential road rage incidents, if someone uses a turn signal, I would continue to follow the rules of the road, and the law. If someone uses a turn signal, it indicates to the other drivers the intention to either merge or turn. None of these things occurred on this night five months ago. As a death investigator who has investigated numerous fatalities as a result of speed, careless driving, drowsy driving, distracted driving, and driving under the influence, it heavily influenced my driving. As someone who has had to make death notifications to loved ones, it heavily influenced my driving. It also heavily influenced my temperament and attitude while driving and interacting with others. I fully recognize not everyone has the experience I do or the same respect I do for driving and for others on the road. Driving is an awesome privilege, one not everyone gets to experience. I am sorry to hear you drive so many miles a day and so many people are not respectful of you, your time, your safety, your family, or your vehicle. I do hope others show you and your employees more respect on the road and that you know, not all drivers are the same. Living in AZ year round is tough .. summers are long, hot and SUNNY My house has a big patio but it faces WEST!! Ugh. For the past 4 years I put up with the cheap Home Depo shades covering part of the patio that came when we bought this house. The shades arrived today (a week and a half ahead of schedule) and the installers just left. They are cut to fit perfectly!! I can't believe how much darker and shadier my patio and house is. With a wall full of widows facing the patio, I was forced to keep all my shutters closed every afternoon! Not today! The screens are shading the patio making it nice and shady in my house too!! We decided to add sun screens to our home to lower the AC bill in the summer. As I am an engineer, I am rather detail oriented. I rough took measurements of the windows we wanted covered, and I contacted 10 companies in the valley for quotes. Of the 10 companies, CC Sun Screens and one other company came in 20% lower than any other bid. We chose CC sun screen because the person answering the phone was precise and straightforward with our questions. When they came onsite for their measurements and exact binding quote, the price was 1.3% higher than the phone quote. Their quote was amazingly detailed with a cost broken down window by window. The variance was due to my measurements being inside and approximate whereas theirs were precise. When they came onsite for the installation, they were on time and courteous. This business is pretty solid. We called two places for bids. Seth came out for CC Sunscreens and gave us a bid including two different options for types of screens. He was quick and professional. He quoted us a 3 week turn around. (It's June so we are in the midst of 105+ temps) So pleased when he called a week later stating they were in and would be installed the next day And.....they were installed perfectly! Initially when I got my sun screens put in I was very happy with the way they turned out. In the last month or so, 2 of my screens fell off in the rain storm and I have attempted to contact them to see if anyone can come out. Starting the week of 7/23, I have called this company a total of 5 times - the last call being yesterday afternon. I have also sent them an email to try and find out how to get a screen, they had installed last year, fixed as it blew off a window during a monsoon storm. Finally last evening, I got a text telling me they were very busy for the next few weeks but if i let them know the size of the screen, they would schedule me a few weeks out. Was given a pretty decent quote for my sunscreens August 3rd. Was advised they were quite busy but should be ready for install mid September. Called them about 4 times before finally getting a call back almost a week later. No apology just calling to tell me I am scheduled for install Friday October 1st. Today waited all day called them at 8:30am and 4pm and finally got a call back at 6:15pm. Again no apology but excuses about an over heated truck and an installer on vacation. He assured me next week, and I requested a call the day prior as I waited all day. Fingers crossed they come out. My wife and I bought a house with a large covered patio. One side had a cheap patio shade and we wanted it all shaded. We found CC Sunscreens at the home show and called for an estimate. They were WAYYYY cheaper than the other companies but the product and results are top notch!! Everyone was great from Joy in the office to the install guys, really nice!! The install guys had a tough time installing the first day as my patio support beams are oddly located. They told me they didn't feel comfortable installing them with the standard screws and anchors and needed different screws. I'm very thankful they didn't just put them up without proper mounting. They came back the next day and finished, it looks AMAZING!!!!!! We also had them custom made as we needed three 12' shades, awesome job!! Had CC Sun Screens replace all of my screens 6 years ago. Took a bit to get it done. Had a stationary screen for an upstairs sliding door get torn up by wind. A representative came out and said they could repair it and he would return on Thursday with the repaired screen. Never showed up. Called and left a message. A day or two later they called back and asked questions about name, address , etc..... no follow up afterwards. This has gone on for months ! Me calling them , they ignoring calls or returning calls and not having any information. Looks like I have to call in another company to make me a new screen! Can't believe the lack of service!
