Requested service and they didn't even come into the office to address the problem before leaving. A week without a business phone.

Not the best service. If you want to update they charge for a modem 2000.00 dollar way to much.

You will end up leaving scratching your head, wondering why you paid a couple of benjamins for taxes, fees and accessories before you even leave the store. Not to mention the activation fees getting tagged on your next bill. I feel that my best interest as a customer is not the concern of the friendly guy behind the counter. No, his best interest is selling as much as he can without having to go into much detail about it. I can take the blame for not questioning the charges or inquiring in more depth about certain product promotions, but I have to say I'm just not happy being with Verizon any longer. I have bought my last phone, last contract.

When I arrived home my iPhone had a very bad signal and I was unable to even send a text. I returned to the store and the iPhone settings were changed and I was told that it should work now. Same problem when I arrived back home so I took the MiFi out of the box and turned it on and noticed that it did not have a decent signal either. I returned to the store a third time and requested to return the MiFi and cancel the iPhone plan also. My request was denied and I was told to return to the store tomorrow. When I arrived home a made a cell phone call and my phone went dead so I took it to Best Buy the next day because I had my iPhone warranty with them and was informed that Verizon locked my phone out and Verizon telephone rep stated that "I had to go to Verizon's corporate office in order to have it unlocked." I told the corporate officer how badly I was treated and how dare them lock my own paid for iPhone like that, especially being a senior disabled veteran with a compromised immune system. He apologized and instructed me to return the MiFi and stated I had a 15 day return period to qualify for a refund on it. I was forced to keep it overnight and did not even have it for 24 hours. When I arrived with the MiFi I was charged an additional $37 and threaten with not turning off the auto pay on Verizon's plan if I did not pay up. Fine way to extort money from disabled veterans and senior citizens.
