Came here to drop off my equipment because I was moving in with my partner, and we are using their xfinity account. They made it super easy to give my equipment back and cancel my service at the same time. I actually got a refund back because I returned it before the month was over. At our new place, xfinity wasn't enabled, so they had to come out and get some cables connected. We have service but the cables are all still above ground, they had a crew come out to put them below ground but when my boyfriend asked them if they had called the 811 dot before they dig they said yes but there were no flags or marks in the yard. No one had come and flagged, and boyfriend told them this. We also have a sprinkler system, and we didn't want them to cause any damage. They called someone and said they'd be back in 2 hours. They haven't been back in 4 weeks. Xfinity is a great internet service provider, and we have had no problems but becautious when they come to dig. I decided to move my mobile carriers away from Xfinity. I called, canceled all my lines (2 phones, one watch). Paid over 300 dollars to settle everything owed to Xfinity. I was told it was done and good to go. Well, fast forward a month or I get a notification that I have a past due amount with Xfinity. I call and I find out that they never canceled my watch. So, I tell them I will not pay the charges due to Xfinity failing to cancel my watch when I asked them to. They tell me they will cancel the service on my watch and that the charges will be dropped. Well, after several days I would receive a call or an text message from Xfinity saying that I have a overdue charge. Needless to say, after EIGHT phone calls, the charges were not dropped. I was constantly lied to by Xfinity saying they have dropped the charges, but in fact, it wasn't. I finally was able to have them reduce the charges to a certain amount. I paid it off, just to be done with Xfinity and their lies. I will never, ever use Xfinity again, whether it be mobile or internet. I would rather go without internet or mobile service than go with Xfinity. read more

I like the product and online service; however, it is impossible to reach the store directly by phone! The only number goes to a robot sorting line. It takes 30 minutes to reach a human and they are not in the store and they don't even have a store number to reach them!!! The store is less available than the President!!! I want to set up an appointment and to know that Im ready for that appointment since I only have a few minutes between jobs to do this! So frustrating!!! I'm doing this while at work and it is wasting so much of my time. I was given the "store" number by the representative for the store on Nevada blvd and it took me back to the corporate cue. Argh!!! 12 Jul 23 - my husband went to this other location this morning to try and get his cell phone to work. Avery Felts changed his SIM card and he finally got his cell phone to work. He also deleted our home phone service which had not been done even though we had requested it the day before. Cannot believe it took us two full days to get this cell phone service transfer done. I think some of their employees need to learn how to handle transfers and take care of phone calls and not just ignore them. read more

If I could have voted with a 0 or -10 I would. I was a Gold member, paid my bills on time, with them for years with both mobile & internet. Before I called to cancel, I called to get suggestions on a hot spot for traveling in an RV; the female had me on the phone for one hour & continuously put me on long holds ( " researching best option ") well she thought she had put me on hold for the 3rd time but I could hear laughing/making jokes and if you've ever seen Fargo you know she was not researching. I cancelled my service the next day, called to get a required PIN to transfer MY phone. Turns out I could not use the Apple phone, I had purchased through Xfinity because they refused to unlock the phone, they no longer accept your calls, forcing you to go into a store where the staff " don't know what to tell you ". They don't have phones in the store to call Xfinity, when you have no phone/service to get answers on why your phone is not transferable any longer.My new carrier tried calling with their personal cell ( thank you! T-Mobile) and Xfinity continued to drop the call. So imagine the most revengeful X ever, no matter how great you invested into the relationship; you will be screwed during and most definitely when you leave.Just as a bad Ex can have you doubting mankind, Xfinity put so much doubt in humankind & the service they offer. Never EVER trust Xfinity mobile & internet services! I will passing this experience on with friends/fam & social media to prevent anyone from getting burned! read more

Absolutely terrible service. They keep charging me for a device I returned and they confirmed it was received in perfect condition. The billing system is probably from the 80's, and cannot deal with any change at all. Worst service provider ever! read more

Had enough of ATT came in to add phones to our internet plan. Kaleb was super helpful, greeted me immediately and was super patient while I called ATT because they had my phone sim locked for no reason. Came in today to get help with an internet issue. The nice thing was, it was not busy, only 1 other customer, so we did not have to wait. That was the good part (the 2 stars). The customer service person assigned to us was Darius, who gave off a vibe like he was so bothered to have a customer, no greeting, no smile, even though nothing at all was going on at the store. Told us to go online for help, which we had already tried and no results. Finally and reluctantly looked up the account and we got somewhere. The customer service assistants at the Nevada Ave location are so great and friendly and always super eager to tackle any issue, but the lines there are super long all the time and that's why we decided to go to the Barnes Rd. store and this was the 2nd time, we got this rep Darius assigned and both times we felt like he was just so so bothered, that he had to help a customer, not really friendly, no greeting/introducing himself, no smile, not showing much interest in our request, just overall he made us feel, like we were disturbing his peace. And this was the 2nd time with this representative within 6 month and same thing. Really - it seems like he hates his job a lot! It was a depressing experience. read more

Scammed by mobile representative. Called just to get pricing on trade in costs on two older I Phones for 2 I Phone 15 Pro. I mentioned 3 times I was shopping this with T-Mobile and Verizon. We are a current Xfinity customer. Rep asked for my SS number twice in order to get me the trade in numbers one for my husbands phone and then for my later model number. Again I said I was not purchasing at this moment. He went ahead and put it through as an order. Spoke to 3 managers for over 3 hours to stop the order that I did not authorize. Because 30 minutes went by they could not stop it. Well I was on the phone with the first manager for the 30 minutes. I have to wait until the phones are delivered, call for a return tag, make an appointment with the retail store to take the phones for them to return it. Let me state that the Xfinity phone reps work on commission.....scammed us. Did not authorize this. I am escalating this to Corporate. Will not be a Xfinity/Comcast customer moving forward. read more
