They offer a range of treatments including facial cosmetics and top notch facials. Everyone that works there is professional and excellent at the service they provide. The store itself is clean and modern, and has a calm vibe that's always kept immaculately clean. I've had the privilege of esthetician, Jenna do a few facials and skin treatments for me this year. Not only is she very knowledgeable about different skin concerns, and facial products, so goes into each facial with care and intention. She goes above and beyond to make the experience feel special from start to finish. From cleaning the face, to a gentle touch extraction, applying a hydrating and calming masks, using only top of the line products. My favorite add on's are the diamond glow, derma-planing and red light. Jenna efficiently provides these add ons for the best results within the facial time. She also has a skilled touch with the face, neck and shoulder massage. Leaving after her facial, you'll not only feel pampered and relaxed, but also loving the results. Worst massage experience I've ever had…read more Before the massage even started, the lady asked for payment $60 for an hour FULL BODY MASSAGE and a TIP upfront. I told her I would tip after the service instead. Right away, the experience went downhill. She told me to lay on my stomach and spent the first 15 minutes just lightly rubbing my back with almost no pressure at all. When I asked her to go harder, she suddenly became too rough and actually hurt me. I got so uncomfortable that I let out a huge sigh. I checked the clock and realized she had only been rubbing my back the entire time. Then she suddenly said another lady would take over. The second lady did better, but she also focused only on my back. My chest was starting to hurt from laying in the same position for so long, so I asked if they were going to massage my head, legs, and arms too since I paid for a FULL BODY massage M. I don't think she understood me because she only massaged my feet for a few minutes and then said, "That's it. Done." The timing was also misleading. They started touching me around 9:05 PM and finished at 9:55 PM !! not even a full hour. I was so frustrated that I just walked out. Then the first lady literally ran after me asking for a tip. I didn't even turn around. Absolutely the worst 55 minutes of my massage experience. I wish I could give a 0 star!

In 2007 I was on a Zoom call and noticed I had eye bags. I knew they had grown over time but it…read morewasn't until I saw myself on camera when they really stood out. Since then I was very self-conscious about them because they looked awful. I tried creams, tea bags, cold water compresses, etc. and nothing worked so I made a goal to have lower blepharoplasty done before the end of this year. Around August 2025, I was referred to a plastic surgeon by a friend. The doctor was reluctant to perform surgery on me for a couple of different reasons which I won't go into great detail. So without knowing anyone else, I found Dr. Wang and another Asian doctor via the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Since I am Asian, I was specifically looking for Asian doctors who had experience with this surgery on Asian males. I looked at his website, searched for any medical malpractice cases, lawsuits, was he board certified, etc. then scheduled an initial visit. Including Dr. Wang, I purposely visited with three doctor's for this surgery. During the visit with Dr. Wang, I asked about his facilities, the pre-op and post-op steps, aftercare support and follow-ups, shared with him my concerns (stemming from the visit with the first doctor), and a variety of additional questions. In fact, before the actual surgery date, I had two additional visits with him to talk over the initial concerns I had. Incidentally, there was no charge for these visits. Dr. Wang spent plenty of time with me during all three pre-op meetings and saw me pretty quickly meaning, once I stepped into the office for my appointment, I was seen by him in less than fifteen minutes. The surgery went smoothly and I'm very happy with the outcome. I've had four follow-up visits with him with a fifth one scheduled for February 2027. The office staff is terrific and helpful, especially Michelle Y. The facility is very nice, there's plenty of parking, and overall, a positive experience.
