I told her I would tip after the service instead. Right away, the experience went downhill. She told me to lay on my stomach and spent the first 15 minutes just lightly rubbing my back with almost no pressure at all. When I asked her to go harder, she suddenly became too rough and actually hurt me. I got so uncomfortable that I let out a huge sigh. I checked the clock and realized she had only been rubbing my back the entire time. Then she suddenly said another lady would take over. The second lady did better, but she also focused only on my back. My chest was starting to hurt from laying in the same position for so long, so I asked if they were going to massage my head, legs, and arms too since I paid for a FULL BODY massage M. I don't think she understood me because she only massaged my feet for a few minutes and then said, "That's it. Done." The timing was also misleading. They started touching me around 9:05 PM and finished at 9:55 PM !! not even a full hour. I was so frustrated that I just walked out. Then the first lady literally ran after me asking for a tip. Since then I was very self-conscious about them because they looked awful. I tried creams, tea bags, cold water compresses, etc. and nothing worked so I made a goal to have lower blepharoplasty done before the end of this year. Around August 2025, I was referred to a plastic surgeon by a friend. The doctor was reluctant to perform surgery on me for a couple of different reasons which I won't go into great detail. So without knowing anyone else, I found Dr. Wang and another Asian doctor via the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Since I am Asian, I was specifically looking for Asian doctors who had experience with this surgery on Asian males. I looked at his website, searched for any medical malpractice cases, lawsuits, was he board certified, etc. then scheduled an initial visit. Including Dr. Wang, I purposely visited with three doctor's for this surgery. During the visit with Dr. Wang, I asked about his facilities, the pre-op and post-op steps, aftercare support and follow-ups, shared with him my concerns (stemming from the visit with the first doctor), and a variety of additional questions. In fact, before the actual surgery date, I had two additional visits with him to talk over the initial concerns I had. Incidentally, there was no charge for these visits. Dr. Wang spent plenty of time with me during all three pre-op meetings and saw me pretty quickly meaning, once I stepped into the office for my appointment, I was seen by him in less than fifteen minutes. The surgery went smoothly and I'm very happy with the outcome. I've had four follow-up visits with him with a fifth one scheduled for February 2027. The office staff is terrific and helpful, especially Michelle Y. The facility is very nice, there's plenty of parking, and overall, a positive experience.

Ladies be aware anytime you use heat against the skin, you always run the risk of facial atrophy and facial fat loss. I also at this point have atrophy along with fat loss. Know that I was 10 years younger looking before I went in and they decided to ruin that for a few dollars. They seem to be totally OK with ruining somebody's life, and I went to them after being attacked and having a hematoma above my eye. They made that look worse too.
