After the appointment was done, the staff directed me to an office where they demanded I pay $300 for the scan because they had determined after the fact that neither my medical insurance nor dental insurance would cover it. At no point before the scan was I told that a prior authorization for the scan had failed or that this was the amount out of pocket that I would pay. Upon complaint, I found the staff extremely hard to work with and disrespectful. Be extremely careful of this office as they are essentially scamming patients out of money by not disclosing any costs or insurance limitations beforehand.
