Found this flower shop through FB marketplace,I was looking for flower arrangements for my late brother's funeral. Although the flowers were very beautiful my delivery window they provide was not met, my brothers mass started at 9am and the window they provided for me was 8-8:30am The delivery guy was apologetic and I understood but I was frustrated at the lack of communication I had with candy the day of, including calling their shop when no one answered on 6 attempts. The worst part about it was that when I was providing details as to my brother's name etc for the banner, it was even spelled wrong !!! My own brothers name spelled wrong on his final farewell. I was looking for a flower shop near Forest Lawn for a funeral arrangement and Bella Rosa Gardens came up in my Yelp search. I read the reviews and went thru the pictures. I reached out via text to the number in the website and within minutes my order was complete. Saved me the trip of driving since I live in Long Beach. The response was quick. I sent a pic of what I wanted and was then sent my invoice to review my order and total. I use to love the place, and the person in charge was nice. Saying that, my valentines delivery was bad. I ordered the flowers and 3 balloons at around 8:30 am, and paid $98. Called around 6:30pm (give or take) cause I still hadn't received them and they said it was already on its way and shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes. It was almost 9pm before I got them, my wife was asleep already and mad. The two roses were maybe 6 inches long, and in a small vase, and by the morning one of the balloons was already deflating and the roses were already looking bad. NOT worth $98 and most likely won't take a chance on this place again, not worth the risk. read more

I did an extremely last minute flower shopping and was worried no places would do same day delivery at the last minute. Then I came across Bella Rosa Gardens. I'm super satisfied with the customer service. The gentleman I spoke with was nice. He initially called me saying that the red rose bear I ordered was not available right away. He asked me if I wanted an alternative color, or if I didn't mind waiting another hour to have the red one ready. They ended up finding one, but I really appreciated the call and update. My mom received the red rose bear and absolutely loved it. I'll post pictures once she sends me them, but she said it was so beautiful and was glad that real roses weren't used so she could keep it out as decor. I will definitely be a returning customer. In response to the owner's comment. They were not sold out at the time. He said they had fresh flowers available. He just didn't want to take the time to explain each one. Instead of explaining he told me to just look at their Instagram and told me to call back later in a rude tone. All in all it was clear this shop was not interested in selling products. This shop will hang up on you IMMEDIATELY if they "can't hear you." And they are too uninterested in explaining what kind of products you have. You must just look at the Instagram and try to figure out what product is what on your own. Poor customer service. There are plenty of other flower shops around who provide better customer service, who actually want to sell their products, and who have equally or even better products than this shop. read more

No other florist has provided the same customer service I've received at Bella Rose Gardens and mind you I've been a customer for some high end floral shops and they don't even come close. There's been instances that I've placed last minute orders, I placed an order at 10am for an arrangement that needed to be delivered at 5pm, Gio delivered a beautiful bouquet that same afternoon without a problem! The most important part, GIO CREATES THE MOST AMAZING FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS! The face on my loved ones when they receive an arrangement is truly PRICELESS! Updated review 2/19/24: I needed some flowers delivered for my mom's birthday today and I knew I could count on Bella Rosa Gardens to pull through for us! I placed my order in the morning and within 2 hours it was freshly made to my liking AND delivered to my mom's job. They looked so gorgeous and she was so happy, the roses left her coworkers jealous! To top things off, we also came by to their store today and purchased an additional bouquet of flowers to place on my grandmother's grave and all of their flowers were so beautiful, we couldn't resist! My husband ended up purchasing a gorgeous fresh rose display for me that spelled out "I love you" and it came in the cutest acrylic box display. As an orchid enthusiast I had to find a florist who made elegant arrangements. After reading many yelp reviews I decided to try Bella Rosa... All arrangements are exquisite and last for months!! I like the fact that the orchids have huge blooms and add that flair in my house. I got an arrangement for Mother's Day and one of the orchid plant started to wilt...I called Gio up and he had a new arrangement for me the same day!! Awesome customer service... I ditched my last florist because the same thing happened and they had issues bringing a new arrangement. Then I found Bella Rosa and will continue to use them for my floral needs!! I like the fact that the arrangements come with other plants and nice planter boxes or ceramic bowls that I always replant and use later. A girlfriend orders flowers from here very often and I absolutely love her orchid arrangements so I decided to order some for my moms 60th birthday. It was delivered to me on time and it was absolutely stunning! Fast forward a week and my mom noticed the orchids wilting and flowers started to fall off. My mom loves orchids and knows how to care for them and they normally last months for her so it was surprising the flowers were falling already. I texted Gio and he said they would be more than happy to fix it. Fantastic!!! I dropped the arrangement off at their store with a lady named Nelly. I gave her my phone number to call when it's ready for pick up and I walked away feeling good. Well a week later, I texted Gio to see if my arrangement was ready and he doesn't answer for a day, so I text again and he responds that it's ready for pick up. He even offered to deliver which was great because I try to not leave the house with Covid going around. So I agree to delivery and gave him my address. The next day rolls around and no arrangement. I texted him again and again and no answer. I know they are active on Instagram so I've sent DMs and no response. I really do hate leaving bad reviews but they've left me with no choice.
