After my new home warranty expired, I was faced with finding a quality HVAC company to service my gas heater/air conditioner unit. Looking on the Internet, it 'appeared' as though CCC was a good possibility. In 2015 Tony came out and did a GREAT initial service, in 2016 Dan came and performed the same work, Then in 2017 and in 2018 GARY came out and I cannot compliment him with adequate words. He is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and a real gentleman. He even remembered our unit! He did not try to UPSELL us, but was factual about added services if and when needed. The price for this service has stayed the same - again something that is rare these days. The lady on the phone scheduling our appointment was most courteous. We were notified by phone a couple of days before our scheduled service and the morning of the service. Gary phoned when he was 15 minutes away. After what I think was a decent amount of research on my part I decided to purchased a new AC in August 2016 from Certified Climate Control. So far it has worked perfectly! My place stays nice and cool (I learned how to adjust the humidity levels and that really made a huge difference) my utility bill went down (20%) and my place stays cooler. I scheduled my annual 24 Point Check-up (six months late) The Tech Anthony called an hour early and asked if he could come early? I said yes you can.... Anthony was totally professional he explained what he was doing he spent a good hour plus checking my system inside and outside and gave my system a clean bill of health!!! This is such a professional outfit but with a family feel. The service is excellent. I used them for a heating and a/c upgrade which went smoothly, so happy with the new equipment. Subsequent to that I scheduled for routine maintenance and UV Bulb replacement and was given date and a two-hour window for my appointment. The tech called to advise of exact arrival time which I appreciated. When he got here he immediately donned booties to protect my flooring and went straight to work. He was here at least two hours or better and was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. Answered all my questions, excellent service. I hired CCC last September to install a new AC and repair some duct work. From the first day I called them for a quote through the install, follow-up, and recent service visit they have been nothing but the best. After being nickel & dimed by another compay, we had a new system installed and took out a yearly service contract with CCC, they come out twice a year and check our system from top to bottom, it is refreshing they are not looking for problems when there is none, at one time pointing out that I did not need the $50+ A/C filters, only 30/90 day cheap ones in bulk from Home Depot on line, you would not believe the saving in my power bill even in the Hot Florida Summer. CCC put a new system in 2 years ago they consolidated 2 units down to 1 with 3 separate zones. Another company who's name sounds like bell air said it would not work , we had a 2 ton and a 3 1/2 ton with 2 zones on the 3 1/2 ton. Now we have a 2 speed 5 ton with 3 separate zones and it runs on low most of the time, turns out it is the best improvement we have done.
