Let me start by saying that nobody likes to deal with insurance companies and shops. In my case, it was just the insurance company I disliked dealing with. Our insurance company tried to scam us out of covering all the post accident damage on our car and only wanted to cover cosmetic damage. Arlene fought for us to make sure that all of the post accident damage was taken care of by the insurance. She made the shop experience a breeze and was clear and friendly with all communications. I'm glad we had her as our shop rep. I also wanted to mention Yesenia and Steve which were happy to take my calls if Arlene happened to be out of office. DRIVE TO ANOTHER BMW COLLISION CENTER. First i was given an estimate of 2 weeks. It took over 5 weeks. simple door scrape. They gave an initial estimate and my insurance agreed, then midway through the repair, they found some "additional work" that needed to be done. they got into a dispute with my insurance. long story short, i had to pay out of pocket an extra $400 ON TOP OF my $500 insurance deductible. also everytime i called to talk to the representative Nestor or Eileen they were on lunch or unavailable. I brought the car to have fixed. They fixed it but it was returned damaged. Looks like it was hit. I brought the vehicle back to them to show them the damage. I haven't heard back from them for almost a week now. I tried to call. I waited till Nestor got off the phone even though I waited it still went to his voice mail. Took my car here in April of 2023 after someone cut me off and forced me into the delineators on the 91 frwy fast track. Needed new hood, grill, and headlight. Service was great. However, since I have received the car back, I have more chips on the hood than ever before. Every time I wash it there seems to be more. I have actually reduced my commuting as I now only drive to the train station and home, which is a short commute. I'm not sure if it's the workmanship or the paint the state of California makes them use. This is my 3rd BMW and I have never experienced this amount of hood chips, ever! I took the car over once when I was getting it serviced to complain and was told it is normal wear. The amount of chipping is not normal and I would definitely consider not taking the car here again if the need ever arises. read more

It started when I was driving to work (freeway) and something hit my windshield. I immediately saw the slight crack. I drive a 2020 BMW M340i and I started looking around how much it would cost to fix or replace my windshield. Apparently because my car is fairly new and has a projector and camera, it's more expensive and they also had to calibrate it. I was quoted heaps amount of money when I called everywhere. Finally, I decided to call my insurance and found out I have a "glass policy" which would take care my windshield without me paying for any deductible. My insurance connected me to Safelite, they ordered my windshield and I got an appointment within a week. In the middle of my appointment, they told me they got the wrong windshield. They made me wait for 3 weeks and finally I got tired of waiting and called my insurance to cancel satellite and that I want to go to a BMW dealership instead. Something I should have done in the very beginning! I got an appointment to go to BMW Riverside right away. I was introduced to NESTOR DEL ANGEL. From the moment, he made me comfortable right away and told me he'd take care of everything. I even had my car get a car wash. He took care of the paperwork, ordered the windshield and within a few days, I was told to come back because they had my windshield. Nestor took care of my car, updated me almost everyday for the progress, even emailed me pictures which I appreciate so much! The day that My car was done, I was out of town, and he said it's okay. When I came back, I was at work for 16 hours and Nestor arranged a drop off for a driver to come to my work and swap out the loaner and my car! It was amazing! My vehicle was still drivable so I asked them if they could order parts and I would just bring the vehicle back once parts arrived. Nestor the estimator made it happen.
