When people think of the worst possible scenarios of what could happen bringing your vehicle to get fixed this place is the poster child. I called them and told them I was having shifting issues with the turbo acting up on a mercedes benz sprinter and explained the symptoms. They come back with a proposal of $23, 000 for a new transmission after they diagnosed it. I went there to pay the diagnostic bill and pick up the vehicle and asked what exactly led them to that conclusion. Their answer we test drove it. I asked for the codes. One code for turbo zero codes out of the many that could have popped up for the transmission. And no I do not want to put my real name but none the less this is a very real post so read this information and take it for what you will. read more

Dropped my truck off on Aug 10th to get DOT inspection. customer service was horrible with communicating with me, so I went to store to find out what was going on. was told they will get back to me by the end of the day yesterday. No Call... so went back to store to speak with manager. No better he apologized for the inconvenience and told us he will use it as a learning moment because they dropped the ball. So Aug 23rd picked up the truck. No inspection and had to cancel next weeks work!!!! 13 days to do inspection. and all they could say was sorry your right we dropped the ball. read more

i took my T370 Kenworth in a for a PM, and to replace a tire rod, and to let me know what the check engine light was about. After 2 days i was told that i needed to replace the truck turbo, not sure where that can from. Told service writer that i was coming to pay my bill and remove the truck with a wrecker. Upon arrival at another shop, we found that the turbo actuator had the top of the bolts ground off with a grinder, and in doing this holes were ground on the actuator case. Making the case junk, and this is the reason that they needed to replace the turbo. I paid $2138.84 to this shop, to have some person, not properly trained to work on a truck, that now we have it in another shop. Stop and think before you allow yourself to use this shop. read more

If you are in Sarasota Florida, please don't take your truck to Certified Fleet Service. They are crook.I took my truck to them,and I told them that it was not a fuel problem. They put a $800.00 fuel pump on it. And then said that was not the problem. I explained to them I had put a new fuel pump on it, and I told them my mechanic said it was the crank sensor. The next day I told the other mechanic the same thing, and fifteen minutes later he told me that it was the crank sensor, and put the crank sensor on it and got my truck running. Them crook charge me for the fuel pump after I told them that it didn't need it. They ended up charging me $1,288.83 for a $159.00 part that takes five minutes to take off and five minutes to put on. IF YOU WANT TO BE OVER CHARGE AND LIE TO THESE ARE THE TO DO IT. THEY DO NOT REALLY UNDERSTAND OR KNOW HOW TO FIX TRUCK. WARNING TO EVERYONE, PLEASE PLEASE BE WARE. Contacted service writer a week prior because shop I originally wanted to go to was unavailable. Called and asked if they had availability and if they work on class A motorhomes. They said yes. I also asked if it was okay for it to be gas. Decided to get the RV towed there and from the time I parked it on the lot to the little amount of time it was there I delt with non stop bull crap. Needless to say don't bother with these guys they just wanna over charge and not listen. Told me I would have to wait a week to even have the RV be looked at after telling them a week prior to drop off I would be bringing it. Unfortunately I had to get another big tow with dry rott tires to another repair shop that is credible. Dont waste your time or money here. Nothing will be good about the experience. read more

Not fake review. They kept my truck for two weeks, did unnesessary repairs, did not fixed the problem. Changed one sensor, cleared codes. 200 miles away everything came back. But performed PM on my truck, stating in bill, that it was per customer request. I did not requested PM. $1300 bill. No updates, nobody will call you unless you bother them twice a day. I was told that technitian who worked on my truck is constantly pooled off this job to do something else. This shop now has an account with company, so you are not important. Ended up taking truck to dealership in Lake City, where everything was fixed in a day. In adition on my review. Today we received a call from complete stranger claming that he got account with Certified Fleet services. He had questions about this review. My husband told him about our expience. Also this man asked if anything can be done to change our review. Our question is what right had Sertified Fleet Services to give away our phone number to complete stranger without our permission? read more
