It took weeks to get someone to call me back. The Spa is not even a year old. The spring on cover broke when pulling it down. I was accused of breaking it and the told warranty will not cover. When we purchased the cover per their recommendation we were told the warranty covers all of the spa including the lid. Don't trust their lies go somewhere else. Not worry the hassle, frustration, and lies. Biggest mistake was making a purchase here and trusting them. Shame on you Spa and Sauna.

Zack, the service manager, was very helpful at the outset and sent me numerous replacement parts, which I installed myself, none of which resolved the problem. In February of this year, a year and half later, Zack thought it was the main panel and said he would coordinate with my local spa service to get the panel replaced. Despite walking into the store when I'm in town and numerous emails, I'm now getting radio silence, not even an declination to repair. A less than a year old, $12K spa is still not working two years later. Ridiculous.

Let's start with the positives: the initial process of setting up the opening of the pool was easy and responsive. I work crazy hours in the hospital and they were very accommodating of my work schedule. They have been accommodating to send people/techs there when asked. Thank you for that, it's much appreciated! The items that could be worked on: 1) Follow up communication. It took two to three weeks for them to complete the pool opening, we had many visits with techs where they stayed for 5 minutes and promptly left. We were not given updates or told what happened. When I spoke to the friendly front desk staff person on the phone today I was finally told that what happened was the techs had to leave as they "ran out of time. Which is why there were frequent visits." 2) When I initially signed up for these services, I had asked if I could meet with the techs to learn about the proper ways to manage and care for the pool. I was told this was not a problem and they could set this up. Unfortunately, this never happened. 3) When the pool was finally opened, we still noticed a fair amount of debris and dirt. The clarity of water was also questionable. We called and were told this was the "best they could do and the pool was ready to use." They noted that the equipment sometimes brings debris into the pool. 4) The condition of the pool had since gotten worse and I had to have a family member call while I was at work yesterday to see if we could get an emergent service as the pool was becoming green. A tech was dispatched, when I got home I realized the pump was turned off. We had no idea why it was off or if we could use the pool. No one had called or left a voicemail. It wasn't until I called this morning and asked about what was going on that I was notified that could be an issue with the skimmer, filter, or pump. There were no issues with the skimmer, filter, or pump when the pool was initially open. If there were, no one had told us. 5) Lastly, through all of these services I was never given an itemized bill for services or contract to sign. While not a finalized quote they estimated that opening would be roughly $1800 which is significantly more than what I was quoted. I expect even more cost now for possible diagnostics and repairs. You can look through my previous reviews of all local businesses, I try hard to find the positives. I also gave a lot of trust to this group because of other reviews and relied on their expertise. Unfortunately my interactions after the initial chat has not gone well.

Horrible maintenance services please avoid the monthly scam they promote. They do not do anything…read moreon a monthly basis but fill water and balance water. If you find anything unusual after their services they automatically become defensive and inform you that you will have to pay an additional fee for them to investigate even if you are on a monthly maintenance program. Worst local customer service experience I have ever been involved in the Reno, NV market.
