Tried C'est Bien Thai and really enjoyed it. We started with the mango moscato, which was light, sweet, and super easy to drink - a fun pairing with Thai food. For appetizers, the fried tofu was crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the seaweed salad was fresh and nicely seasoned. The standout for me was the tom kha soup - creamy, comforting, and full of flavor without being too heavy. For the entrée, we had the panang salmon, and it did not disappoint. The salmon was cooked well and the panang curry had that rich, slightly sweet, slightly spicy flavor you want (balanced, not overpowering). Overall: great variety, flavorful dishes, and a nice meal from start to finish. I'd definitely come back to try more of the curry dishes and noodles. read more

We walked in on a Tuesday evening around 5pm with our 2 kids on the way home from the airport and had a great experience after a tiring day of travel. My husband is gluten free and they were able to accommodate for all dishes -- the woo San pad Thai, panang curry, tom kha soup. The tom kha soup was the best I've ever had - so flavorful! Can't wait try some other dishes I ordered the Thai iced tea bubble tea and will skip that next time. Omg, we stumbled upon this restaurant and it is soo good and prices are good too!! There is one woman who practically runs the restaurant. She was the only waitress but regardless of how many tables being served, the service was still good! My friend and I ordered the Thai tea boba and the taro boba tea, they tasted like they had all natural ingredients and they were icy which was a different take! The taro was a little bit more milky than nutty but still very tasty. We shared a Crab Rangoon appetizer and the texture was so crispy on the outside, which was different but delicious. I ordered the Thai fried rice with tofu and veggies and the flavor was so good and there was enough food to take home for leftovers! I did not like the ambiance at all. It smelled like feet in a kiddy's ball pit. We ordered a few appetizers, shrimp pad thai, drunken noodles and horchata bubble tea. The shrimp pad thai was really mushy and only had a few shrimps, my boyfriend's drunken noodles barely had any noodles because the portion was ridiculously small, had he not ordered beef it wouldn't have any ingredients. The crab Rangoon was mostly wonton and a tiny amount of filling, crispy chicken wings were so small. It felt like a rushed presentation; visually. I started with the egg rolls and pot stickers, and ended with the pineapple fried rice with beef. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy and filling, and the pot stickers were magically ethereal. The fried rice had plenty of fresh pineapple flavor and the beef was tender. At the end of the meal, I was very happy. In addition to the great food, C'est Bien is BYOB with a very small corkage fee. It arrived fairly quickly there after from Uber Eats and I went through my food. I think for the taste, flavor, and quantity I would rate it a solid 4/5. It's a decent option for sure. C'est Bien Thai has never been an absolute favorite of mine but their late hours and fresh food had made it a regular in the group of Thai restaurants I frequent for years. I always thought of them as the place that makes thai food on the bland side but always uses fresh, higher quality ingredients. Their veggies are usually bright and crisp and plentiful. My habit has always been to buy my takeout here and add some thai red chili on my own, because as I said they tend to play it safe on spice. My most recent order here, a delivery order via Uber Eats last night, was completely out of character. The panang curry just tasted like coconut milk and soy sauce, and was so salty it was inedible. The vegetables were cooked to literal mush, and the duck in our duck curry was just a bunch of duck meat strings, with nothing to bite into. I am comfortable adjusting a sub par delivery order with some adjustments from my own kitchen, but this could not be saved. You can't uncook something or desalt it. I hate wasting food but this order could not be saved. It left a terrible taste in my mouth. Ubereats refunded me, so at least I'm not out of money. I really hope it was just an off night because this place used to be great and kept me fed during covid lockdown. read more

Amazing lunch special!! $8.50 for choice of starter (pork egg roll, veggie egg roll, potsticker, or cucumber salad) and entree (6 different options and choice of meat). I really liked the ginger chicken, and the basil chicken is also yummy. Drunken noodles are not on the lunch special but they look so good, I'm going to have to get them one day. The sauce was thin and bland, and if you would've given me the dish without me knowing what I ordered, I would've guessed that it was the plain red curry. Looking for a local thai restaurant to support? This is the best local thai. You can tell all ingredients are fresh and each dish is unique, not your regular american thai restaurant. Presentation is key here. It made me want the food even more. Also, the decor was on point so after covid, bring your significant other for date night! The scallion crepes were very tasty but also very oily. Even though I liked the flavor, the oil was overboard. The pineapple fried rice was delish! The serving was a mile high. The cashew chicken was very tasty and you could tell the difference in quality of ingredients. It tasted like your parent made it. The duck... oh man... it was hands down the best dish. I don't even eat duck and it was scrumptious. I didn't have any bits of fat and the green beans were cooked yet still crisp, just the way I like them. The green beans bursted with flavor from the duck. Truly it was a 5 star dish in my books. Did we stop there? No way. Thai tea ice cream and coconut ice cream for the table! We got the Fried Potstickers, Crab Rangoon, Pad See Ewe, and Pad Thai. The Crab Rangoon were fat and crispy - a good value for the price! The fried potstickers were a bit small in comparison but for $5 they were okay. The Pad See Ewe and Pad Thai were delicious! The noodles felt lighter than other restaurants. For the Pad See Ewe, it wasn't as sweet as I'm used to, but I figure there's probably less sugar and/or less MSG which was nice! The Pad See Ewe was packed and felt like it had a good ratio of noodles to toppings, which is rare. Overall I was very impressed with C'est Bien Thai and would definitely order again! read more

It's one of the latest-open thai restaurants in the city, and if you're willing to make the trek a bit further north, is definitely better than Krung Thep. The typical american dishes are great - their pad si ew is buttery and richly flavorful; their pad thai is tangy and refreshing (and had a healthy amount of vegetables), but their traditional thai dishes are also great. A great no frills Thai restaurant I got the Pad See Ew which could have had a little more broccoli for my taste but overall I cleared my plate easy so no complaints! I got it with chicken and that was wonderfully prepared. I also had the cucumber salad first which was nice and refreshing. Overall, will definitely be coming back here in the future to support them!
