We stopped by EaThai after a weekend trip, looking for a quick bite before heading home. The place wasn't too busy, which worked out well. The ambience is very casual and welcoming. The menu is nicely curated, not one of those endless scrolls that leave you questioning your life choices. We tried the curry and noodles, and both were excellent--flavorful and just the right portions. Service was on point, and the prices were totally fair for the quality. A solid spot for Thai food if you're in the area and don't want any unnecessary surprises. We will be back!!!

New favorite Thai spot. Loved the Spicy Basil Chicken. Cute restaurant on the inside.

Decided to order DoorDash for a weeknight dinner. The food is pretty good. Unfortunately on DoorDash they don't ask for special instructions or spice level, except for the noodles. Our order: -Crab Rangoon - These were so good! -Pineapple Fried Rice w/ Chicken - SO GOOD!! -Pad Kee Mao w/ Chicken - We selected the hot spice level and it was hot for sure. However the flavor was really good. Next time I would probably do medium. -Panang Curry w/ Chicken - I was a bit disappointed with this dish because it was full of green and red bell peppers. There were barely any chicken pieces. The curry had decent flavor. I would order from here again but would not order the Panang Curry again and maybe medium spice level on the other dishes.

I asked a neighborhood page for recommendations and this was the most suggested so I needed to see if it lived up to the hype! Let's start with the service!! I came in here and was met with the friendliest woman at the front! She was so kind and gave me so much patience as she helped me plan my first order here! The place is absolutely spotless and it's clear they care about their food and their restaurant! The ambiance is pretty relaxing and standard for a restaurant! I ordered the Thai ice tea, veggie egg rolls and of course shrimp pad Thai ( mild)! All of it was amazing! The Thai tea was great and not too sweet or creamy! The egg rolls are some of the best i have ever had! Perfect crunch and super filled ! The pad Thai was perfectly sauced and the shrimp was PERFECTLY cooked The best thing was it only took 10 minutes to get this delicious food! I will definitely be back!

Came to this place a little before closing and the food was still just as wonderful and service was great! Family run business so please support but it was delicious food after a long day and would highly recommend. The place is more north but would make the trip out again for this! Got the pad kee mow and mango sticky rice and I am all vegetarian and had a lot of options. The mango sticky rice was also so good we finished the plate so fast :)

was in the area and starving so decided to stop into ethai. i love the outdoor seating with the lights, it's rlly sweet and if i wasn't being eaten to death by mosquitos lately i definitely would've opted to sit out there. i rlly love supporting family owned businesses so im glad we stopped by and the food was pretty good. we got the vegetable curry puffs to start which was honestly my favorite part of the entire meal, they were just rlly delicious for some reason like the flavor was just immaculate, they were warm, and perfectly fried. i also got the mama pad kee mao and it was rlly tasty! i got it medium spicy which honestly wasn't rlly spicy at all (as someone who does decently well with spice). i tried some of my friends regular pad kee mao and the spice level tasted exactly the same. honestly i'd probably just get the regular pad kee mao if i came again just because i think i like the thicker noodle texture better and it seems to hold the flavors a lot more but i just wanted to try these noodles and it was still really good. service was also great; rlly friendly staff. pretty decent prices. would recommend if ur in the area!

Our first time having EaThai in close to a year, and all I can say is shame on us! As I said in my review a year ago, the freshness of the ingredients, coupled with the balance of flavors and resistance to overly-American the dishes, makes EaThai the premiere Thai spot in the area, and perhaps the city. The portions, as you can see, and great (for example, there were eight baby shrimp with my pad thai), and takeout containers are packaged perfectly. They look like top quality dishes right out of the bag, and they taste like it too. We live a little closer to at least one other Thai spot that is our usual go to, but if I'm honest, there's simply no comparison. Great menu options. Perfect execution. And lovely staff. It definitely won't be another year before we order from EaThai again; in fact, it might not even be another month!

Absolutely love this thai place in the city, I will travel far and wide for their Khao Soi. Not pictured but I have also would recommend the Basil Chicken Egg-rolls and Duck Wontons. They also have wonderful outdoor seating and BYOB!

Located squarely on the corner of N Kedzie and W George in Logan Square, this small Thai restaurant features a cutely decorated interior with very clean, organized, and well-coordinated vibes and decor. I went with a friend on Friday for lunch, and it was pretty empty. I usually don't order Pad Thai when I go to American Thai restaurants because they're usually a miss, but I was really craving it, so I ordered the Pad Thai with beef. It tasted amazing! It was even comparable to the tastes and textures of the Pad Thai I had in Thailand. While a lot of Pad Thai is usually either a sticky clump or way too watery, these noodles had a perfect texture-- sticky, while still retaining their individual shapes and textures. Something I love about Thai food is the mix of different flavors-- sweet, sour, and spicy-- and the flavors here similarly hit the spot. Although I ordered mild spice and it wasn't spicy at all (next time will definitely try the medium), the flavor still had an excellent, balanced mix of sweet and sour. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. Though the beef was kind of overcooked, the eggs were cooked perfectly and really enhanced the flavor of the dish. The portions were also well-sized especially for the price ($12.95), which is relatively cheap for Thai food in Chicago. I also ordered the vegetable egg rolls appetizer, and my god it was so perfectly crispy. Each bite gave a nice crunch and the inside vegetables were warm and flavored well. The service was also phenomenal-- super friendly, attentive, and quick. At one point, I accidentally dropped a chopstick on the floor and the server brought a new one for me within seconds. Overall recommend this place for an affordable, fresh-tasting Thai spot in the Logan Square area!

There are window views from the restaurant, making for good people watching. Mainly metered parking available Medium to large sized place with dedicated sections for thai food (about 8 tables and 2 rows of bar style seats) vs for sushi and ramen but all under the same place/owner, can order from any menu - the decor on that side is super cute, fish cutouts, anime/manga decorated walls, decked out bars Got the scuba diving chicken from the chefs faves and must say it was pretty good - a bit on the greasier side but the aroma of the herbs and the spices from the curry really pull through, chicken is cooked very well, super tender and juicy. I got the "No turning back" spice level and theres a hefty kick - halfway into the dish my mouth def feels it but nothing too extreme (FYI theres a slight mala-like numbingness to it) The traditional papaya salad was crunchy and refreshing, sauce is tangy but not too overwhelming. The peanuts add a nice nutty element to it. There were hardly any dried shrimp, so wouldve like to see a bit more of that. Be sure to give it a good mix as the sauce and topping fall to bottom of the bowl To top it off, the service was great. Albert was really attentive and helpful - would come back if im in the gold coast area again to try the other menu offerings

Seating was a little tight like at Phodega, but not terrible. To view menu, you scan a QR code at the table. My husband & I ordered the following: - Grilled Squid This was really good! I thought it was going to come out like little calamari rings, but it was actually a decently sized whole squid, sliced with the tentacles on the side. It was cooked perfectly as it was not chewy or rubbery. The flavor was great, especially with the paired Thai-spicy seafood sauce. - Crab Meat Fried Rice Loved that this was with real crab! & not the imitation crab. There were bits of crab meat throughout the rice and then topped with a big lump of crab meat. It came served with a lime & yummy fish sauce with fresh Thai chili's. - Bamee Noodles with BBQ Pork without broth This bowl of egg noodles had a slightly sweet flavor to it, served with a fox amount of BBQ Pork which was also nice & tender! Slurped it all up! - Jina's Fried Chicken This was good, but not anything like out of this world. It was fried chicken leg quarter, served with black sticky rice. - Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango LOVED this! It was a great way to end our meal! I loved that it came with extra sweet sauce! - Taro Tapioca in Coconut Milk Cream This was great too! It was actually a warm dessert. The menu described it as "Tapioca pearls" so I was expecting the tiny little clear boba balls, but it was cubes of like glutinous rice. Which was not bad! I liked it a lot; it reminded me of Ginataang Bilo Bilo (#iykyk if you're Filipino)! Overall, a delicious experience! We would eat here again!
