Let's talk about it. This place is overly consistent. The staff is always nice, although they mostly speak Spanish. The Lomo Saltado is always a 10 out of 10. I tried the Pulpo for the first time here and it was a too chewy but then again it's hard to find good octopus nowadays. Im a complete sucker for ceviche and always trying different Peruvian restaurants. Ceviche inca has been here for a few years. I was in the area and decided to give them a try. I ordered una jarra de maracuyá for the thirst. As an appetizer it's always a mandatory Una papa a la huacaina at any Peruvian joint. I dug right into it so I couldn't get picture of it but trust me that it was authentic and fire! I ordered a soup - aguadito de pescado. It's a like a cilantro based green soup with rice and veggies and corvina fish chunks in it. Absolutely delicious. Can never go wrong with one of those. Always hit the spot and bring you back to life. Also tried the a mixed ceviche. Everything was yummy. Its a small restaurant on the west side of Hialeah, but huge in flavor. Today, I ordered their weekday lunch combo, available from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The combo includes a Aguadito soup (not pictured), a main course, and a soda. We chose combo #2 and combo #4. Combo #2 features Lomo Saltado, a classic Peruvian dish that's always a winner. It's a savory beef stir-fry with onions and tomatoes, served with rice and French fries--a 10/10 dish I recommend to anyone new to Peruvian cuisine. Combo #4 is their take on pesto pasta--rich, creamy, and absolutely indulgent. It's served with a fried potato and steak. I opted to have the steak grilled instead of breaded, and it paired perfectly with a refreshing Inka Kola, Peru's signature soda. To finish off, we had Picarones, the Peruvian version of donuts. Terrible service, slow, and on top of that they try to charge you for everything after sitting here for more than 30 minutes waiting for a server to serve us and different complications throughout our stay we had to get up and leave without ordering anything because these people care more about what they're charging than their customer service and the service that they provide don't even waste your money or your time go take your money somewhere else and for the owners of this place it's a shame that you're nicking and dimming your customers (this whole bad experience happened over learning that because I wanted a side Caesar salad I was gonna get charged, if I would've gotten a regular salad, they would've not) so for a different dressing you're going to charge me? We came back to Ceviche Inca we just love the food here. We invited our friends Jose and Javier to dine with us. Our waitresses Betty and Sharon are terrific so helpful and nice. We had the churrasco and the corvina fish and also the crystal light beer and the dark beer. Even the chef and cooks are friendly they are a family. When the staff is happy they cook with love. Was in the area with my fiancé trying to figure out what to eat. So of course I used the Yelp app to find something in the area, I had never seen this restaurant before and got in the mood for ceviche once I saw the photos. We were welcomed right away and there were plenty of seats available. It's a small venue so I would not recommend it for large groups. Talk about a true hole-in-the-wall This is my third time dining outside of Ceviche Inca-- Whenever I travel around Hialeah, this restaurant is a must-stop-shop! I've always come for lunch because they have wonderful multi-coarse meals to offer for $8.99. Today I started with this wonderful Aqüaditito de Pollo soup, followed by a super limey & refreshing Leche De Tigre-- chilled & perfect on a hot day. My main course was a crispy Pollo a la Malanese that comes with a refreshing house salad & French fries. You would be able to choose which ever two sides you wish! *Options are always good!* A perfect ending to any meal is a bit of sweets. Now full disclosure, I go to this place several times a month. The reason I always go back is because it is the best Peruvian restaurant I've been to. Peruvian food is really popular right now (at least in Miami), and yes, there are a lot of restaurants around town that offer more extensive menus and fancier offerings in Peruvian fare. But those restaurants are a lot more expensive and for less than $15 you have a top notch entree at Ceviche Inca that rivals any of the fancy Peruvian restaurants around town. I previously rated this place 3 stars but I have to say they have improved tremendously since my last visit, I ordered a churrasco lunch and a Palomilla steak both taste really good, meat was on point (juicy and not overcooked, at least thats how I like it) and the price was fairly affordable 18$ for two full lunches, including a soda, an entree soup and a dessert!!! Now that's crazy, I wish this place would have a bigger location since it's still kind of small 30 people Max, however I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to grab a bite on the go, or just on work break because service is fast and the price is really good for the food you get. This is hands down, one of the best Peruvian places in Hialeah. Having it close to my house is definitely a plus and I go almost every day for lunch time. This is my first visit. The food was fresh, scrumptious. Wine selection needs to improve, only choice of 1 type of wine. Service was good, except for requesting an ice bucket to keep our wine chilled, that never was brought over, nor apologized for not bringing it. Just got out of this place. I have to say to be in the middle of Hialeah, its a very nice restaurant. The food was very tasty!! The mix ceviche was fresh and the desert yummyyyy!!! I like the menu it was easy to read and have good variety of plateas to chose from!! Love the beer was very cold so thats a yes from me, more when your eating a spicy ceviche!! One thing i did not like was the parking spaces, it was hard to find a parking spot close to the restaurant. Also the inside was very small but it's worth it . Because the great food and price was also affortable. We order 2 appetizers 2 main meals 2 beers , 1 soda and desert = total of $82 with tip. Its not bad at all. I really wanted to like this place. Located in any little shopping center in Hialeah, I was hoping I would find the little diamond in the rough. Unfortunately, it's just a brick of coal. When I arrived the restaurant was empty so I figured I'd get better attention. A couple of minutes after I am seated I get the attention of one of the servers and order water, conchas parmigiana as an appetizer and lastly ceviche of fish and shrimp. The waitress brings out some warm bread that has been over toasted along with my water and some butter. So I forgive it because anyone can lose sight of the bread. After a good amount of time waiting, I get my appetizer right along with my dinner of ceviche. Obviously, this did not make me very happy as the entire point of the appetizer is to hold me over but I digress. So the conchas parmigiana is my starting point and the moment that I go to cut into them I realize that it's a very thick hard piece of cheese when my knife can't do the job I figure no one is looking I have the restaurant to myself I might as well Dig in with my hand to separate the cheese from the base. What I discover is that the cheese on top not only was it burned, but in the bottom and inside was refrigerator cold! Immediately, I find the server and tell her that it's unacceptable to which she asks if I would like another. I said no. Because it is clear that they are preparing these things too far in advance and they are not fresh. Without apology or anything she removes my plate not to be seen again until the check. Moving along, I dig into the huge portion of ceviche. The shrimp is parboiled before It took to the lemon mixture so the consistency was OK. The fish was fresh, and tender but the flavor of the marinade was not as good as many places. It lacked some sort of component and it had a bit of a garlic undertone. Now, don't get me wrong I love garlic but not in my ceviche. Also, they left the tales on the shrimp making it difficult to eat with a fork alone. I don't know about you but I've never had to take my knife into a ceviche. So I ate my food and I asked for the check not once did anyone come to apologize or ask what was going on with the food and I feel very disappointed. The appetizer was taken off my check but should not have been served to me in the first place. I will never return here even if it were free. There was no redeeming quality at all. read more
