Both the carpet and the laminate flooring teams were always on time and worked overtime and did an absolutely beautiful job on the floors. The only bummer was that they knew our house had just been freshly painted and when the job was 100% complete there were blue splat marks on the walls (I'm assuming from a glue), some scratches I had to repaint and some of the baseboards were a different material due to curves which caused them to be tan not white like the rest. The sales rep who helped me was extremely nice, pleasant and patient. I had gone to a ton of flooring stores prior and he was by far the best sales associate I'd spoken to. However, I'm dropping 2 stars because their prices were higher than everyone else, the rep never reached back out to me with the 3rd quote, and their warranty wasn't as strong as other stores who had more competitive pricing. A word of advice: please do yourself a favor and get at least 3-5 quotes on a product you're interested in (make sure its the exact same product/manufacturer/color though). You'd be surprised how different the quotes can be. Also, be sure to ask about warranty as every store is different.
