The only bummer was that they knew our house had just been freshly painted and when the job was 100% complete there were blue splat marks on the walls (I'm assuming from a glue), some scratches I had to repaint and some of the baseboards were a different material due to curves which caused them to be tan not white like the rest. I was very excited to find Interior Technique Flooring through Yelp, as many of the reviews mentioned how helpful they are with repairing flooring after flooding and that they specialize in all kinds of flooring as well. The reviews also mentioned how friendly the owners and installers are, and I couldn't agree more after working with them on this project. Dustin was very helpful and creative and offered several different solutions to help us use existing floorboards to repair the area in front of our pantry so that the color match would be seamless. We decided to make our whole kitchen tile to help prevent future flooding problems and also provide a fun pop of color. We selected the tile from the ones they had in their showroom, and Ryan was very helpful with getting us a sample to take home and giving us info on the tile options. Mike made sure that scheduling went smoothly and our kitchen was back to normal within 5 days which was so helpful given we have a three year old daughter who wanted to check out all exposed sub flooring. We also have to give a shout out to the laminate and tile installers and the plumber as well. Everyone did a great job and was very clean and polite. The owners are the best and they have amazing installers that care as much as the owners. I was having a hard time trying to decide how to update our stairs. The carpet is "runner style" and all of the staff was amazing at providing design choices. The install on runner and working around the wood is not easy and can look bad if not done well.
