This is a nice little coffee spot different then your everyday chains. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Dogs are welcomed out on the patio and water is offered for the furry friends. I had the breakfast platter with yuca waffles. The platter was a regular portion, everything tasted good and healthy. My husband had the power protein packed pancakes. Overall he enjoyed he pancakes and was pleasantly surprised at how moist the pancakes were, however he wasn't a fan of the Greek yogurt. We had a latte an cappuccino the flavor was good but it could have been hotter. I think that had to do with us being the first customers of the day. First time eating here. Good food. Very crowded for a Saturday morning. The coffee was really good also. Many people were waiting to sit and eat while it seemed some people were just oblivious to them waiting and just sat at tables after they were finished. And one family of 4 even took up 3 tables spreading out. The staff didn't seem to care I guess. I personally felt this was a bit rude to the other customers. This was a big turn off for me. Coffee quality was also very good, enjoyed both an espresso pour (with sparkling water) and a drip coffee during my visit. The avocado toast and eggs were good, nothing too special - but good. They could try to offer some more interesting bread choices to make it more interesting I think, but it was good and fairly priced. The bagel breakfast option also was missing some oomph, but not badly priced. They should link up with Jeff's Bagels for some schmear. Overall, a cool local spot. We enjoyed our experience. There was sitting inside and outside and I noticed they even had water for dogs, which is considerate of them. I want to try the arepas and empanadas in the future. Came in on a busy Monday during the holiday season with a friend to order a small bite to eat and some coffee. I'd been here before a looongg time ago (I feel like they've remodeled?). The cafe itself is cute with a cozy feel. Lots of tables and outlets which is nice. Unfortunately, the food fell flat for us. We ordered a salad to share - the veggies were fine but the rice in it felt undercooked? Or underheated? The chicken wasn't anything spectacular, maybe felt like it was defrosted chicken breast with minimal seasoning. The cilantro dressing was the main highlight. A medium sized plate for 16$ felt a bit much. A pandebono for 4$ also somehow felt a bit I ordered the cafe con leche and didn't read the print on the menu that said "drip coffee with milk". The odd part to me is you could order a drip coffee which was a dollar cheaper. So I guess I paid an extra dollar for regular milk? A bit disappointing. Wow! I love love love this coffee shop! First time coming to this CFS Coffee location and it was a great experience! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and welcomed by the staff. They have an stunning pastry case full of yummy treats! They also make breakfast sandwiches and lunch items. Today I got the egg, bacon and cheddar on a croissant and it was sensational! I also got a pumpkin iced latte, I loved it because the flavor wasn't over powering but a subtle hint of pumpkin! I really love how cute and cozy this coffee shop is, it's a wonderful place to bring your laptop and get some work done! I really like that they have hand sanitizers on all the tables because I am that person that always washes their hands before and after a meal. The inside was extremely clean and orderly. Protein pancakes, protein açaí, omelets, all viable options. The chocolate protein pancakes are rich, delicious and filling and come with a cute topping of fruits. I was so in love with my cocoa açaí bowl I wanted to finish it even after being way too full, because the taste was so addicting. The coffee was smooth and perfect to sit and enjoy throughout a meal- though it was also easy not to let it last that long. I tried the rainbow lavender latte- it was pretty and tasty and made me smile from ear to ear. Lavender is a tricky taste to use- way too much and it feels like you licked a flower patch, and that is NOT good. But they used the perfect amount in this so you tasted it but it complimented the coffee. I'm also so happy that this CFS location is quite close to Universal! Solid coffee shop with a pretty good menu. Brought my mom here for her first time after a doctors appointment nearby. Our order was simple - 2 lavender rainbow lattes, a breakfast sandwich and an avocado toast. The lattes were great in flavor and sweetness. They were immediately ready to drink as mom noted, not too hot. Like her, I'm a slow sipper, so would have preferred a bit hotter. A matter of preference, as the coffee cooled down pretty quickly. Mom ordered the breakfast sandwich on ciabatta with egg, ham and cheese. Bread was soft, and the fill cooked very well. She did compliment that it was tasty. I ordered the avocado toast, and while I prefer it to be fresh sliced, rather than guacamole style, it did have a very balanced flavoring of avocado and lime. Loved the presentation, and the multi grain bread it was on, was very fresh. I would order again. I thought this was the cutest cafe shop. The decor and ambiance were wonderful. The staff was kind. The açaí bowl was incredibly delicious as was my cafe con leche. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my food took over 30min to come out. I thought it was ridiculous since all I ordered was açaí. Seemed like everyone who ordered anything that wasn't premade waited some time for their food. Other than that, great place to go and sit with friends or a book. On our fifth try this weekend we finally found a place serving coffee. And what a place. We ordered cafe con leche and sweet cortado with a chicken empanada and the arepa. The food was excellent, served hot and fresh. The coffee was amazing, strong without being bitter. The sweet cortado is sweetened with condensed milk. The cafe con leche isn't sweetened at all, so be forewarned. But we enjoyed them both. We will stop by again on our next trip to Orlando. read more

I had a Dining Advantage code for this place. I clipped it and presented it to the cashier who did not know how to apply it. Total was for maximum 5.00 off. Coupon expired after ten minutes. He looked up my account, which I told has nothing to do with my account. Needless to say we have seen a huge turn over here and always new faces. I asked for the manager but was told there was not one. The manager and regulars know me by name and face. So I have spent hundreds and am a frequent customer that comes in twice weekly-minimum! I refuse to come back as there are other coffee shoppes to frequent that wont fuss over 5.00 and honor their coupons that they themselves put out. To the owner, hope it's worth it to have your employees not to fix the issue over a 5.00 coupon as a write off!
