Love the aesthetics here. The vibe was spot on to enjoy a morning coffee. The coffee was delicious. I got the iced Farmer latte. I loved the cinnamon and clove flavor, it wasn't overpowering the coffee. Great choice when you're visiting Orlando theme parks outside the touristy spots.

Love the coffee & matcha here! Disappointed because when you use the kiosk to order it charges a service charge then asks for an additional tip. When you click on the service charge info it says 18% gratuity ... so it asks for you to tip twice. One is required and hidden as a service charge, and the other time is optional. Still not ideal.

Stopped in to try something new, as far as a coffee shop. Wow!! I found this much more than your typical coffee shop vibe. First, the place was full and had a great energy. There were no seats available, so I ordered to go. Once my order arrived, the tables had cleared so I decided to enjoy the shop for while. I found it very clean and the servers and staff were very busy and friendly. I chose an iced chai tea latte, which was amazing. Will I return - absolutely. I can't wait to try some of the prepared coffees and pastries.

Very happy with my experience here. Super yummy and the staff were kind. It was not busy at all because the strip is kind of off odd. I did not get coffee but it looked good. A bit pricey. I wish it were more crowded with better ambiance.

One and done. We will not be returning. We came on a Saturday morning. Small restaurant. They have seats inside and outside. All were taken which was fine. There were a few barstools that we sat at. There was a line to order. We did spot a kiosk though so we used that as we wanted to browse the menu as well. Once we got to the checkout part, it asked for a number. We didn't see any around the kiosk. I walked around and saw there were some numbers by the cashier taking orders so I grabbed one. We must have waited for our food for about 30 minutes. I mean the coffee didn't even come for 20 minutes. Our food came sporadically. For some reason 1 empanada took 30-35 minutes to hit the table after I asked about it. The chicken empanada was terrible. No flavor. They give you a dipping sauce but the inside chicken just seems like boiled chicken. We ordered a berry french toast and a toast with cheese and bacon off the kids menu. There was a customization on everything. With the kids item, we asked for no mozzarella. There was a no cheddar cheese that we did not select. It came out with no cheese at all and just bacon in between two pieces of bread. When we asked about it, they were confused and said you wrote no cheese. We said we selected no mozzarella cheese but we didn't select no cheddar cheese, so it should come with cheddar. They seemed to be confused but said ok and added melted cheddar in. The chips that came with it were borderline stale. For the entire experience, we definitely overpaid. We will not be coming back.

First time visiting and this cafe was so cute! I didn't know it was a Colombian cafe until after I ordered it I would have gotten coffee! I ended up getting a berry matcha with oat milk and a guava pastry. The guava pastry was delicious and I would absolutely get it again! It was sweet and sugary and just the right portion size. I don't love the matcha as much. The berry was real raspberry/blackberry which provided a sweet tart and yummy flavor but also a surprisingly amount of seeds in the drink. I don't mind the seeds at first but it got to be a lot. The matcha itself was okay but I probably wouldn't get it again. I'd definitely be back to try their coffee and other menu options because everyone working there was very sweet especially Maryo who made my matcha!

We were in the area and decided to stop in for breakfast. The service was okay, but it felt like we were being rushed to order even after mentioning it was our first time there. The place was very busy with limited seating both inside and outside, which made it feel a bit cramped. We ordered the avocado toast, ham and egg sandwich, and the eggs, bacon, and potatoes. For drinks, we had a cappuccino and a strawberry smoothie. The food and drinks were good, and it's easy to see why the place draws a crowd. Overall, it was a decent experience, but we might try takeout next time instead of dining in on a busy Saturday.

Went in with a friend, it's been almost a year since I've visited this cafe. I got a beef empanada (which was air fried) and I got a dulce de leche matcha and my friend got a spicy empanada (beef and chorizo) and an iced vanilla latte. We both enjoyed our choices, service was quick and they were friendly. Restaurant was busy on a Sunday morning, clean and inside and outside seating made it possible to find a seat fairly quickly as people came in and out.

We've been to the one in Coral Gables Miami a few times and we've gotten great food and service this time at this location was a but different. Once we arrived to order, It did take a little while but no biggie. Order the food and coffees, coffee as good always but the food was not up to par. Breakfast platter looked very plain, ordered with over easy and it eggs were overcooked. Calentao was okay, it lacked flavor. Asked for extra tomatoes and they were green but that's okay I guess. The Waffle BLTE had a long string of hair! Was returned and replaced but the eggs were also overcooked. Asked for a cup to go for the ICED DULCE DE LECHE BANANA MATCHA LATTE, asked for a little extra caramel because it was stuck to the original glass and they stated had to charge for extra caramel, mind you after we returned a meal with hair, we were offered not compensation, a lame apology and wanted to charge more for caramel! We really love this place, coffee is always fanstastic but definitely not ordering food at the Dr. Phillips location in Orlando. Service goes a long way!

This was my second visit to CFS Coffee and I absolutely love the cozy and homey feel of this quaint Colombian coffee shop. They offer great options for gluten free eaters such as the yuca waffle and yuca breakfast sandwich. The food is always fresh and the coffee is rich and delicious. CFS also hosts a fun coffee making class and sells charming retail items worth checking out. With easy parking right in front it is a perfect spot for breakfast or lunch whether you are on a date meeting with friends or gathering around their large communal table. Support a Hispanic owned business this Latino Heritage Month starting September 15th and stop by next time you are in the Dr. Phillips area.

Such a quaint and inviting local coffee shop! You instantly feel cozy when you walk in the door. Valeria was at the counter when we ordered and was very friendly. They have a nice selection of breakfast sandwiches, quiches, pastries, empanadas and taquitos. They also have slices of cakes if you would like that. They have regular coffee and custom drinks as well. We both got the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a ciabatta roll! They were fantastic! The bread was soft and warm, the egg fluffy and bacon was crisp. You have your choice of cheese and I selected cheddar. I had a vanilla latte with an added coffeeart work on top and my friend got the caramel frappicino. Both were great. You order your food at the counter and they bring it to your table and then pick up the dishes after you are done. We will definitely be back again!

Cute coffee shop. The coffee there is the best I've had in Orlando. Had the steak arepa. The arepa itself was outstanding. The steak was just okay. Maybe next time I'll do a breakfast sandwich with an arepa. Very friendly staff. Would go again.

Stopped here for a short work meeting and breakfast after an appointment on this side of town. This is in a plaza on sand lake so there is plenty of parking. The establishment is not too big but there is plenty of seating for the size. It was very busy there and it seems to be a popular place to work remote (all tables had at least one laptop on it ;P) I ordered the farmer's coffee and avocado toast. I really liked the avocado toast with the pico de gallo on top. The service was friendly and their WiFi worked great for working remote.

It feels a bit sterile, but I think they're still trying to get things hung on the walls, etc. (Hopefully) And the menus were not very professional looking. I'm hoping that they're still waiting to get the official ones printed. The menu items seemed a bit limited. I like a lot of variety of options. I ordered the regular Eggs Benedict. My partner ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich. Both entrees came with really thick slices of ham, which was delicious. And my eggs were perfectly cooked. I ordered the hashbrowns as my side, while he ordered the home fries. The home fries were obviously made in-house. They were big, chunky, freshly cut, and delicious. My hashbrowns obviously were from frozen; they were cooked too crunchy and didn't have much flavor. I'd definitely recommend the home fries over the hashbrowns. We had great service, though. The restaurant just needs to make some improvements to be successful in that area.

It is a family owned restaurant founded by New York natives who noticed a gap in Central Florida for high quality, authentic New York style diner food. The original location opened on Universal Boulevard in the Lake Cay area, near Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. The restaurant quickly became popular with both locals and vacationers looking for an alternative to the standard hotel breakfast buffet. Following the success of the Universal Boulevard location, the owners expanded to additional Central Florida locations, including Lake Buena Vista and Dr. Phillips. The Diner has gained attention for its creative twists on classic comfort food. One of its signature dishes is the Bennyffle a combination of Eggs Benedict served over a waffle. The menu also features specialty cereal pancakes, including Fruity Pebbles and Oreo Crunch, along with classics such as chicken and waffles. In July 2026, the Universal Boulevard location even became the center of a viral national news story after a family of seven including children reportedly walked out on a $298.47 breakfast bill. The story highlighted how hard family businesses work and how an incident like this can affect them. I recently met up with a group of friends at The Diner for brunch. The Diner can get crowded, and they do not take reservations. I am grateful that one of my friends arrived very early to wait for a table for our group. The diner offers a selection of coffee drinks as well as alcoholic beverages, making it a festive spot for brunch. Since I had a long day ahead, I stuck with coffee and ordered the signature chicken and waffles. The combination was delicious. The crispy, savory fried chicken was the perfect partner to the soft, buttery waffles, while the warm, sweet maple syrup contrasted to the salty chicken. It was a very large portion and I really enjoyed my meal. The service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating when we needed several separate checks. The 6 of us were able to chat, catch up, eat and drink in a timely manner. We were not rushed which is always a plus. I ordered the Belgium waffle with a scrambled egg & an ice mocha latte. Perfect amount of food for me. Ariel ordered the fried chicken and waffles which was huge. A few ordered the chicken Caesar wrap which looked very good. I would definitely go back the next time i am in town. *Prices are moderate *Plenty of parking in the lot ~ and that's all I have to say about that...
