This is a follow up review after some disappointing occurrences with carry out orders. The manager Luana immediately contacted me directly to apologize for the lapses in service. I so appreciate the personalized response because I met her when I started going there and she is lovely. Since then my orders have been perfect! Thank you so much Luana for your attentiveness and desire to make things right. It's difficult to find business where staff truly cares about your experience but it's evident CFS does. Great coffee and food. Used to visit in Winter Park but this one is set up an little more like a cafe.

Didn't get what I ordered, but I received a very nice apology. I'll try again soon and see how the service is at this location.

These are the sweetest, nicest people around. Sebastian and his team keep the place looking great. The shop is always bustling with energy, the staff is friendly and prompt, and the food is DELICIOUS. I've had every empanada they offer (they're all great, but my favorites are the lentil and spicy beef), their arepas are wonderful, and the omelets are full of toppings and very fresh. I go once a week on Sunday mornings for the Farmer's Latte. Be ready to wait for a table at their busiest times. read more

I went to CFS Coffee Lake Nona this morning and I ordered a hot Matcha latte which was good all honesty it was good but I also ordered a sweet toast and I also ordered a fruit tart fruit tart was old it tasted disgusting like it was hard the fruit was old and soggy. The sweet toast was disgusting the bread tasted old and I prefer wheat bread and I love wheat bread but that bread was nasty. I don't know if the fruit tart had been sitting there for a while but it was so bad I spit it out as soon as I've bite into it. I paid $21 for the coffee the sweet toast The tart was not worth it I wish I could've turned around and got my money back but I had to go to work. read more

This great little coffee shop has loads of character with quality coffee and food. We stopped in for a quick cuppa but ended up staying over an hour. We had their spicy beef and chicken empanadas, which they make using an authentic Colombian recipe. At first I ordered the spicy beef. It was so good I had to go back and order another flavor so I ordered the chicken and it was just as good as the spicy beef. Highly recommend this spot! read more

Service was slow, little or no communication with customers, confusing as to who's order were up next, manager seemed to be having a bad day... walked around in a daze as other workers were obviously not trained. Coffee was good, empanadas were bland. This was my second visit, the 1st visit, service was mediocre, 2nd visit was no better. For a small place there should not be so much chaos! read more

The service and the food was good. The ambiance is cozy. I had the espresso coffee with oatmeal milk, it was delicious.

I absolutely love this place!!!! I always get the same thing - the berry oatmeal! It is SO GOOD, I refuse to try anything else haha! I do occasionally get a coffee. I would say the only downfall is it's $18 for an oatmeal and coffee which is pretty pricey so I don't come often, but when I want to treat myself I do! The manager is very nice as well! read more

I came into this coffee shop slash bakery looking for a real Spanish style authentic tres leche cake. After going home ready to enjoy my cake I opened the bag and noticed I got a slice of this Costco cake . This place is eh. You can tell that it's not great quality. I ordered a matcha latte and I could tell it was culinary grade due to the bitterness.
