They always manage to mess up orders whether it's for lunch or dinner. Even when they are slow and have no customers they can't get a simple order of burgers and fries correct. Before you leave check your food regardless of what the food tag says because I guarantee your order will be wrong. I don't care how good the food is, if they are going to fail time after time to get my meal right, I simply will not go back. Terrible service. We visited at lunch and due to some issue they were not taking orders for over 20mins. Several people just left. When orders finally resumed I requested free fries to make up for the delay but was refused. Our orders were incorrect with cheese put on a plain burger and another burger that was ordered with cheese came plain. Just happy to have any food at that point. I went with my wife to have dinner here. Lately the turkey burgers have been spot on ..Juicy and so good. The fast service was great. My wife had one as well with the salad bar. She said the salad bar had all the extra stuff that most salad bars lack. The salad bar was well managed as I saw the manager clean up to make sure everybody had a good experience when they went to fill up. I have to mention that in all of Jupiter CG Burgers is the only place that sells "hand cut french fries" and boy are they fried perfectly. I like this place for the food, but the staff only care about getting out the door fast. I sometimes stop around 9:30 for dinner takeout and live much closer to CG Burger than Five Guys. From now on, I will only go to Five Guys. I usually come 30 minutes to closing time, but they ALWAYS screw up my order in some small way, like forgetting a sauce or a topping on my burger. One time, I ordered "to go" and my food sat around for 20 minutes before someone handed it to me, and the food was cold when I got home. But they were closing so that's what I got. Never again. My son & I stopped in for an early evening bite to eat. It was our first visit and when I looked to the cashier for suggestions, she gave as little help as possible. The food came out in a timely manner but the zucchini fries were terribly overcooked where the batter tasted burnt. As for the burger, it was mediocre in comparison to other custom burgers. But I think the worst part was tonight as I laid in bed listening to my stomach churn & getting hit with a nice bout of food poisoning! My experience was bad all around. It's owned by and attached to carmines so I thought the pizza would be safe...wrong. I was in a rush and they neglected to tell me that in order to get a couple slices to go they would need to make a pizza from scratch which would take 15 min..valuable info. Generally very happy with this place. However I ordered the new cheesesteak sandwich today and they brought out a disaster that I ended sending back. The meat was not done. Visited this place one day after a spring training game in Jupiter. Was not crowded so there were plenty of open seats... Had a good sized menu with different burger options even had some healthy burger options. I got the 8 oz turkey burger on the whole wheat bun and it was one of the better turkey burgers I've ever had. The sweet potato fries were great too! I'm surprised not one of the reviews here have mentioned the awful customer service. Check out UrbanSpoon and you'll see - I think Carmine's employees posted these reviews. The burgers are really good The atmosphere is really nice. However, the service is not good at all. Particularly when you pick up take-out. The young staff ignores the customers. They tend to socialize around the cash register/bar area. The "manager" pays no attention to this. Once I stood there for several minutes as a group of employees scrutinized one of their paychecks and ignored me as my food sat in a bag getting cold. No one makes eye contact. They are also terrible dealing with complaints. Last night I ordered take out for my family. My wife and I had a mock argument about who had to go pick it up and endure the ridiculously poor customer service. I lost. As usual, I was ignored for nearly five minutes as I stood there staring at my bag of burgers. Not one "hi", not one "just a second, sir, we're really busy". Zero eye contact, zero politeness, zero customer care. After five minutes, I started trying to wave at the teenagers working behind the bar and finally I coaught someones attention. As she went to run my card, she was interrupted by another employee who had a problem of some kind. The girl with my card stopped helping me and engaged in a minute-long conversation with her co-worker. I stood there, jaw agape. When I got home, and unwrapped our meals, I saw that they left out my daughters hotdog (which was on the bill and paid for). My wife's cheeseburger had no cheese. My tomato and lettuce were not on my hamburger, but were lodged between the folds of the wrapper. My wife called and spoke with Scott, the manager, to tell him about the missing items. He said "we're really busy right now and I can't deal with this". He hung up. This pissed us off, and this is what inspired me to write a bad review here. I am going to put the same thing on UrbanSpoon and some more sites. Like I said, I really like the burgers. I believe Carmine does not know what's going on there. They need a week of customer service training and they'd be perfect. I think they need to fire Scott, though. My kids beg to eat here for the soda machine...I have top admit, I love it too. :) Diet Coke with Cherry is just ridiculously yummy for some reason. Overall this location is pretty good. Had one instance of a very rare burger we had to send back and then watched 11 other people (who ordered after we sent it back) get served before they even started my burger...we just asked for a refund and left at that point since the whole family had eaten by then and they had just started my burger...that was when it was fairly new though and since the service and food seems to be decent quality. It is very overpriced for what you get, but still feel better about eating here on a school night than say, MCDs or Wendys. If you're up for the drive, Five Guys at Legacy Place is also great for burgers and cheaper. Tried this place for the first time yesterday. We were extremely pleased. My husband got a 10oz burger, we also shared an order of fries and fried pickles. Our kids got the pizza kids meal and the hot dog kids meal. Kids meals all come with fries and drink. The fried pickles and fries were awesome! The hot dog was a hot dog, nothing crazy. The pizza though, was a huge portion and really delicious. My husband said his burger lacked a little flavor, but he wasn't sure if that's because they use such good meat. He also said the rest of the food made up for the burger. After seeing the salad bar I definitely will be trying that next time. I was also impressed by the menu selection.
