My car was broken into on Saturday night and they completely shattered my rear passenger window. Glass was all over my car and baby seat. Needless to say, I was shattered, literally. I found this company doing a google search and called immediately because it advertised 24 hours. It was already past 8pm. Mr. Charles immediately answered and eased my mind that he will take a look at the warehouse and give me a call in the morning. The next morning, true to his word, he called. He said that the warehouse didn't have it but will call another place Monday. On Monday morning, true to his word, he was at the other warehouse and already on his way to my house with a replacement. He finished in less than an hour. He charged way less than anyone else. The dealership told me they just replaced a window for a customer and it was about $2800. Safelite was a two week wait with $100 more than Mr. Charles. Another company who advertises they are a warehouse said that I needed to purchase the glass from the dealership and they'll install for another $100. Mr. Charles was super fast and the most economical. I highly recommend this company. read more

Charles was wonderful! I had gotten my car broken into while at dinner at Joe's Crab Shack! Super scary experience. They stole my laptop and I came out and started crying. The next morning I started online looking for quotes at 6am. I needed any auto glass business to take their hours of operations seriously! And Charles did. He was opened, just like it stated on the website. I went down an entire list of places on Google and only one person that called me right back. And that was Charles. Everyone else still had there forward to voicemail message still on. Like they got in but was still figuring out what to do. Charles got my address, came by the house, ensured several times over the phone he had the correct glass/car make and model. When he got there I was not sure what to expect. For some reason I think everything has to be done in a shop. But if you know how to use the tools and you understand nothing really changes about the car other than they get more fancier then you can expect to do a great job each time. After he said he could come to my house, I even told him over the phone that my Nissan 2011 had automatic Windows. I thought there was no way it could be done, with automatic Windows, outside under my car Porch. He got there timely, finished the job, now I can go to work and still have some time to get my life together because the person who broke in also stole my laptop. People can be cruel or they could just be sick from using drugs, but whatever the reason it was that that person stole from me. It still didn't justify it. I guess this is my initiation to Houston but I am really glad Charles was able to help me get back to normal as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Totally recommend!!!!!!!!!!! Someone broke into my poor Mini Cooper over the weekend and luckily I was able to get help fast from Houston Auto Glass Repair! Great experience! The owner called me first thing the day after the holiday, got glass for my Mini (which finding items to fit a Mini in a hurry is never easy!) He constantly kept me updated on his status and gave me a super cheap price on the window (which again is hard to find for a Mini!).
