I had an appointment with Javiers Tree maintenance and they were a blatant no show. I coordinated my time specifically for them to visit. I am a busy mother who works full time, so when they did not arrive at the date and time of our appointment, I was obviously disappointed. Disclaimer: this was not weather related as the appointment was before the heat waves started. The team on yelp messenger contacted me later in the night (well after our appointment - 9pm) to reschedule for the very next day. I had to politely decline since I had plans. There was no attempt to give me another date or time. I did not get the sense that this person felt they were genuinely sorry for missing our appointment, in fact, there was no acknowledgement if it whatsoever. I hope this company will rethink about how they explain missed appointments to their customers, and understand that other people's time is valuable.

Based upon his design of a third of our backyard, done in May 2018 and of of our entire front yard, under a separate contract, completed in January 2019, the Eden's Image team created landscapes that are beautiful and a joy to behold. The gardens include: a large variety of colorful and easy to maintain plants; pathways; a patio; and as a bonus, visiting hummingbirds, butterflies and bees. In addition, although unnoticeable compared to overhead sprinkling, the drip irrigation system, that the team changed over from sprinklers, seems to work very well because all the plants are thriving in spite of the summer heat.

I had United Structures replace a section of fencing in our back yard. The craftsmanship was…read moresubpar, the supports were not fastened to the brackets properly, causing the the fence to be very wobbly, and though they charged a lot for a gate to be installed, I had to have them come back once to fix it because they initially had it dragging on the concrete, and now that the weather is raining, the gate swelled shut and is inoperable because the wood has swelled and only a small 1/16" of an inch gap was given at the top of the gate (which is clearly not square as there is a much larger gap at the bottom). I hesitate to call them back to repair it because I fear that their "fix" won't be much better.

Roof treatment can prevent moss growth for up to 3-5 years." Within 1.5 years, I now have moss growing on my roof again. I sent another email on 1/19/22 (to that same email address & to unitedsllc@gmail.com) and received no response. I sent another email on 1/26 (using the previous 2 email addresses as well as capitalmllc@gmail.com) with no response. I called the number provided on the business card & the number on the invoice with no answer. I then texted both numbers, with no answer.
