The rose tea flavour was sooo good, I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did but it was the perfect mix of floral, sweet, and tea flavoured. I love how nothing tastes artificial. For around $10, it's a pretty solid place to grab some dessert. The only downside is that they have very limited seating here. We got lucky because a table was just leaving as we arrived, so we managed to snag a small table to sit and chat. But it still gets very crammed in there when there's usually a line that runs along the same area as their seating. This spot is best if you're coming to hang with one person, otherwise it's not very accommodating for groups due to the limitations of their space. Even still, you might not score a seat right away especially if you're coming during peak hours.

Pistachio Gelato (small $5.25). 4. Thai Tea Gelato (small $5.25). 5. Gelato Bubble Wrap ($8.99). Chose Ube and Mango Pomelo Sago. The Matcha Latte is only average. They look pretty but it is full of sugary syrup. You can choose any two gelato flavours for the Gelato Bubble Wrap. The Mango Pomelo Sago was my favourite flavour! In general, the gelato was quite good. I found a black pubic hair over 1 inch long in my Thai Tea Gelato. Gross! I forgot to take a photo but I showed it to my friend and the employee. She sincerely apologized. I should have asked for a new gelato; lost that opportunity! However, when I reviewed my photos, I found a photo showing the pubic hair! I included this photo, zoomed into the hair. There is a Rewards Club. You get 10% off your first purchase. The store is not wheelchair accessible. There are no customer washrooms. They offer both classic and unique flavours, like Thai Tea, Ube, Mango Pomelo Sago) that are creamy, refreshing, and full of flavour. You can grab a scoop in a cup or pairing it with a waffle cone. You can also mix and march the grlato with freshly baked bubble waffle or order from variety of matcha drinks. The biggest downside for this mode of payment is that some people still rely on paying cash and there's concern about consumer privacy. And if you like personalized human interaction like I do, this is a big turn-off especially if it's your first time in the store and need staff support. On top of that, they're asking for tip even though there is no direct service involved. I love cheesecake flavoured cold foam so I tried their Iced Cheesecake Matcha Latte. Iced matcha latte over eleven dollars is pure daylight robbery imo. You pay an additional one dollar if you want to substitute it for an oat milk. For the premium price you paid you would expect the matcha drink will have that earthy, green tea flavour but not in this case. And since you don't have options for ice choices, the drink tasted watered down since they put lots of ice. Wouldn't go out of my way to return back to this overhyped and overpriced matcha place.
