The interior is clean and well kept (I guess more than you'd think looking at the little strip it is part of), and the wait staff are friendly. The parking lot for the strip mall this is in is on the small side, though, and may be tough to find parking during the lunch rush if you don't arrive early (and I would highly suggest carpooling). Tasty and friendly, I need to remember to suggest this place for lunch more often over the closer places we tend to think of first! I will definitely be back!

Amazing Katsu really shines where it counts: the katsu itself…read more Both the chicken and pork katsu are consistently excellent--crispy, perfectly fried, and still juicy inside. No heaviness, no grease. Just very solid comfort food done right. The double meat katsu does not come with curry sauce, even though the name and the photo make it seem like it does. What actually comes out is a lot of cabbage, a small amount of rice, and no curry. You can order curry sauce on the side, but it's a very small portion for the price--more like a dipping sauce than something you can really pour over your katsu and rice. Because of that, we usually end up making our own curry and rice at home to pair with their katsu. I personally skip the premium tonkatsu since it's a bit too fatty for me, but the regular pork and the chicken are both excellent and dependable. Bottom line: the katsu is genuinely delicious--just don't rely on the photos when ordering if curry is what you're craving.
