Tried Chabella's for the first time and came here to reconnect with longtime friends we hadn't seen in a while--it was the perfect spot for it. We did the all-you-can-eat (AYCE) option for our table and had a great experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, and the service was wonderful. Our server, Victor, was on it--attentive, friendly, and efficient. The AYCE option is a great way to try a wide variety of menu items, but be sure to review the AYCE guidelines ahead of time to make sure it's a good fit for your table. Came to have dinner with friends. We were seated right away. The restaurant is really pretty. I love how the bathroom hallway is decorated! I also thought it was so fun that they had a mariachi band taking recommendations from patrons. We ordered from their $45 dinner menu which includes an appetizer, main plate and dessert. I got the coconut lemonade, carpaccio, doral fajitas, and the panna cotta. The lemonade was amazing. The carpaccio was really good too. The pineapple on it created a unique flavor. The fajita was delicious and it brought a really good amount of meat especially for the price. My friend ordered the short rib a la tequila and that was next level good. The service here was not up to par. We came here for a birthday dinner and it was about 25 people. This is honestly not a great place for big parties. I waited 30 minutes for water after asking a total of 3 times. I get that it was a big party but other guests in our party got their cocktails before I could get a glass of water. The food was good, I did enjoy the shrimp quesadilla. I also enjoyed the coconut horchata. My sister enjoyed the ceviche, which came in a big bowl. The churros were also pretty good. Everything just took a while to come to the table. Bayron was amazing and tried to accommodate and assist all of us as much as possible. Now, Valeria on the other hand was terrible. She was very rude and gave some of the guests in our party attitude and unnecessary remarks. I probably would not come back here with a large party since it takes so long to just get water. I've only ordered delivery from Chabella because it's near work. The food is pretty tasty! Their QuesaBirria Tacos are super yummy, and the guacamole is different because they use celery which adds a very distinct flavor but it's good -- definitely try it if you're interested. read more

My favorite spot in Doral!! From the ambiance, food, drinks and service it is bar none. The variety of ceviches are unique and I try something new every time and it never disappoints. There were a lot of things to like about Chabella Miami, but there was one big problem that will probably prevent me from ever returning if it's not corrected. Let's start with the good. The decor is so cute, immediately creating a fun vibe. The menu is extensive with a decent selection of interesting vegetarian options, which I loved. The food I tried--the cauliflower tacos and the avocado risotto--was delicious and packed with flavor. I would love to have the cauliflower tacos again. The salsa for the chips and salsa was a little bland, and the first round of chips were not super fresh. The second basket of chips was warm and much better! The only big problem was the noise level here. The restaurant was probably a quarter full when we arrived, with many empty tables, but the noise level was ridiculous. There were a couple of tables that were particularly rowdy, but I think some of this could be mitigated with proper sound absorption. I couldn't hear half of what my mother-in-law was saying and she was sitting right across from me. A couple other (smaller) problems... The service was a little slow. I think our server had a large section, but it took about 15 minutes for us to be greeted. Additionally, some things seemed overpriced. The tacos were reasonable, but for $21 (without protein) I expected a much bigger portion of risotto. I think the portion size was perfect, but should have been $5 cheaper for what it was. This was my second time at Chabella on a mariachi Friday, and the atmosphere was just as lively as I remembered. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, which adds to the overall experience. I tried the vuelve a la vida ceviche and shrimp tostadas and while the ceviche was decent, I liked the tostadas better. What impressed me most, though, was the customer service. I've come here before but this review is different. We hosted a baby shower at Chabella and they could not have been more accommodating! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make the event special. They let us decorate using an additional table for the cake and party favors and were incredibly kind and attentive throughout. The mother to be was treated with such care and respect, which meant so much to all of us. The space had a fun and vibrant energy, and the food and drinks were just as amazing as the service. Chilaquiles for me are with a green sauce, this place is red sauce. Even when you have a reservation, there is no telling where one will sit. It can be where the liveliness is or it can be in a neglected corner. The ambiance give me bright Disney type decorations and lacquer covered tables. It was not the style I expected. The "all you can eat" buffet is kind of embarrassing. You get tasting menu plates and you have to wait for the food to come out and supposedly you have 2 hrs to eat. All those rules to me - da pena. I didn't even bother participating in that. Imagine a 15, 16, and 18 year old boy trying to get food. No thanks. . Maybe the drinks are what makes the place fun. If you wanted a more premium selection it had an up-charge but it was well worth it. I love tacos, so this was a no brainer! Chabella has a great selection of tacos, especially seafood tacos. They offer shrimp, octopus, and fish tacos. Additionally, they also have queso birria with consume, pork belly, pastor, and chicken tacos. The tacos here are not traditional by any means, they are fusion tacos, but do pack a good and unique flavors and get even better with some hot sauce. Overall, if you are looking for traditional Mexican tacos, don't come here.
