I.e. I would think your payments. So I get full coverage, not even 24 hours after purchasing the car on 4/2/2026 and when I'm trying to get the proof to them, they stated they didn't get it the first time so I sent it again and I stayed on the phone until somebody confirmed. At this time is when I'm asking about the credit for the premium that I already paid for. I was told by Karen in the Payments department, that it's not refundable or eligible to be credited even though my contract says that it is, I literally was transferred to three different people just to still not get a solution to my problem. The last person I spoke to was Juanita and although she calmed me down and took my complaint, she still let the whole day go by without giving me some type of update on this issue. Not honoring the details of your own contract, seems like a legality issue here to me. it's either they do what the contract says or it'll have to be disputed it with my bank because it's a service that was canceled, but you're not giving me my money back for it. Good car despite despite needing a tuneup but this is bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend my enemy to this dealership.

He was very polite and offered dr. pepper before I had even sat down to start the deal. Daniel explained everything and answered any question I had, without getting frustrated, I ask a lot of questions. The deal went by quick, once I had picked out my car, and the financing department had approved me, I was done within 30 minutes. All and all the process took no more than an hour. I was trying to help out my elderly cousin by arranging for them to come get her CR-V which has a…read moredead battery. The battery was replaced by Rusty Wallace less than 2 years ago. They told me they didn't tow in vehicles even though they have done it 2 times before. I would need to arrange to have the car towed in myself. I then offered to remove the battery and bring it in to them but they said it had to be in the vehicle for warranty coverage. No compassion what so ever. I could buy a new battery for what the tow is going to cost.
