They don't give you rice when you order any of their Curry plates. Insane! And it did not state this anywhere online where I ordered from! When have you ever ordered curry entree and it comes just sauce no rice?! If you eat in do they just bring you a bowl of sauce? I just paid for two "dinners" except, they're not full dinners! They're just .... Sauce. Smh wish I had of not tried this place and just stuck to one of the other two Thai places within less than a mile. Called and was just told "sorry it didn't say the rice is separate!" Not as sorry as I am sipping my sauce for dinner.

The kitchen, is kind of open, but you cannot see it, just off the seating tables. Still, the aroma from the cooking does not smoke out the area. There is one chef, also the one taking the orders. At least this is true, during the weekend lunch hours. I visit for the carry out lunch specials, this time, their Penang Curry with beef. Once again, the meat was deliciously tender, not a chewy piece in the mix. The curry had the right viscosity, not overdone creaminess, smooth and silky texture, infused with a simple yet impressive marriage of heat and spices. Service here, like the food, has been consistent, dependable and impressive.

Tonight we had the Beef Salad, Red Curry with Pumpkin - Chicken, the Mongolian Thai Style - Pork, and Thai Iced Tea. The Beef Salad is amazing. The beef is plentiful and the dressing is perfect. The salad is a perfect start to a hot day's evening meal or for a complete lunch as the salad is plenty for two as a starter. The Red Curry with Pumpkin - Chicken is a nice offering. The pumpkin really makes the dish which has a very mild spice to it. The bowl is big enough for two to share. The Mongolian Thai Style - Pork was nicely prepared, but for me, the white onions were a bit over powering for my taste today. I do believe the dish was prepared per the menu and I thought I'd give it a try, but this one is just not for me. The Thai Ice Tea is perfect and not overly sweet like found at many Thai places. Service was Outstanding from walking in the door until walking out after our meal. It is really rare to find such attentative service these days, so the owners must be proud of their team. Prices are very reasonable for the food quality, portions, and perfect service.

The menu is extensive however , I knew what I wanted to order. Ordered the vegetarian spring rolls for starters that were accompanied by a slightly spicy peanut sauce topped with carrots and cilantro. My hubby ordered the chicken Pho which was full of chicken, noodles and roasted garlic. I ordered the vegetarian Pho, which contained tender crisp broccoli, carrots, tofu and roasted garlic. Both Pho's came with bean sprouts, Thai basil, sliced jalapeños and sliced lime. . The vegetarian Pho was so tasty, lightly seasoned and very easy to eat. I noticed tables are cleaned quickly and attention is given to cleanliness. If I could give more than 5 stars, this place would have them all. Parking is available in the lot out front.

When I walked inside, it took the worker a while to acknowledge me. They didn't sit me until another guest arrived after me and they seated them first. The lady sat me next to the TV so I was able to watch some football. I been to the Granada Hills and Mission Hills location already so I was familiar with the menu. I got the pho #1 which is just their combo pho with different meats and asked for a coke. My drink came out first and the man who brought me my drink did not interact with me at all. I think there might be a language barrier. The next man brought out my pho soon afterwards and he was more talkative. My pho soup was delicious and they give you a decent amount. The price is also very reasonable but the soda was more on the expensive end. The women who seated me brought me my bill so I didn't have to walk to the front to pay. I would come back to this location again but I now know to not get a soda from here.

The Japanese Sukiyaki base was perfectly mild and flavorful -- exactly what I needed. Paired with tender chicken and fresh veggies, it hit the spot without being heavy. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. The restaurant itself is adorable -- bright, floral decor that feels welcoming and clean. Service was super friendly and attentive (shoutout to Alina for the great service! ). Portions are generous for the price, and the quality is top-tier. I also grabbed a simple hot tea that was perfect. This place is a true fusion win: authentic Thai flavors + customizable hot pots + excellent boba. Family-owned vibes shine through in every bite. If you're in the Westlake Village / Thousand Oaks area, do yourself a favor and go. I'll definitely be back soon -- highly recommend! Pro tip: Try the mini hot pot with Sukiyaki or Miso and chicken. You won't regret it.

If this hadn't happened I would've given it a five star because the food was outstanding and what I like best about the food was I said I wanted it hot and it came spicy! Most restaurants are afraid to spice it up they were not and I certainly appreciated that . I placed a takeout order which went through smoothly got to the restaurant picked up the order and noticed that the bill was $15.43 more than it should be. They tacked on a tip. I was never advised to that on the online service I did not click on anything regarding a tip. I brought this to the attention of the servers at the restaurant and they said they didn't have any idea who would've done that they did not offer to refund the $15 and I will not return. It is an outright robbery.
