I simply wanted her to bring me a new plate so I could remove the lamb myself and return it. The owner came over and explained the mistake, and he was very understanding and pleasant as always. However, the server's demeanor and attitude changed after that. She became rude and unfriendly, making it uncomfortable. I asked her if everything was okay and that she seemed upset, but her response was again rude. She told me to go speak to the owner, which I did. When I was speaking to the owner, she came over with the same attitude, and things started to escalate. As I was walking away, she repeatedly told me not to come back. It's very disappointing to me because GHC is one of my favorite restaurants. I've been a regular there for over 20 years, and my husband and I eat there at least once a week. We've always been treated well by the staff, and I'm disappointed that this incident has ruined my experience. I believe that the restaurant needs to provide some training on how to deal with customers, because this situation was handled very poorly.
