This restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived, but had a steady stream of customers in and out the entire time we were there. They have OUTSTANDING service with a smile. The good was delivered very quickly and piping HOT! The flavors were delicious and we loved our selections... Would totally get them again! Portions are very generous and we loved the Gluten free and vegan options available for our guest. The one thing that kept this from being a 5/5 iis that the chicken was a bit tough and dry in 2 of the 3 dishes and the one dish could have used more broccoli in it. The restaurant itself was clean and neat and the atmosphere was fun with the huge flower decor. We will definitely be back! Prices were affordable.

We stumbled across this spot for dinner when using the superchargers right nearby. This was an incredible find! First off, it is super inexpensive for Thai food. Secondly, it is DELICIOUS. The staff were all super friendly and our food came out so quick, especially since we were traveling through the area. They don't serve alcohol, so don't expect this if stopping in for dinner. Both the Pad See Ew and Panang Curry entrees were so yummy. We will definitely be back!

Ate lunch here today. Dining area is creatively decorated and offers traditional seating, plus some tables with small sofas. It's a cute little place. Our server was a young woman who was friendly and attentive. We ordered the hot pot with everything in it. It easily will feed four people. It was chock full with shaved brisket, muscles, shrimp, Spam, cabbage, glass noodles, carrots, tofu and I'm sure other stuff. You choose which broth you want, and we chose Tom Kha broth. We also ordered the spicy eggplant with extra vegetables (they offer you the choice of proteins, but we chose extra veggies). Food is very good, just short of excellent. A very solid place to get some pan-Asian cuisine. Would make for a cute date spot.

This place has fast service, good food, fun atmosphere and friendly staff. The boba drinks are a great addition to the meals also. The mango sticky rice had perfectly ripe mango and everything tasted so yummy. You can't go wrong here. They do have large tables for bigger parties and of course small tables. I sat with 11 people and we were all served very quickly, the kitchen was pumping out orders. We lacked for nothing. I would come here again instantly.

I am obsessed with The Pan Kitchen!! Every time we go, I am blown away with their mini hot pots. The flavors are so good and the ingredients are fresh. We typically get the sukiyaki or the Thai thom with beef or seafood. It is filled with all sorts of goodies. There is a lot of food for the price. The the food they serve is also fantastic. I always go for the hot pot but my husband gets the Thai often and we really like it. The service is great. Typically, it's a bunch of high school kids but they do a stellar job!! Super impressed with their service especially when it's busy in the restaurant and with take out orders. The vibe is cute with large florals and bright decor. There's plenty of seating and they do takeout as well. We are big fans of the pan! Can't wait to go back again soon!

During my brief stint in Amgen, I must have tried every restaurant in the vicinity of Newbury Park. The Pan Kitchen was my favorite! The mini-pot is a steal - plenty of cabbage, proteins (fish cakes + lamb) , and noodles in the default lamb mini-pot. The mala flavor was very deep and pretty spicy at only two chili peppers on the menu. The dish can comfortably serve two people! I've also tried their pad thai, thai tea, and cheese crab rangoons and all were very good in their own ways. If you have a hankering for pan-Asian foods, this would be my first recommendation for the Thousand Oaks area!

Wow! I placed an order through Doordash and selected "hot" for the spice level. I called after to make sure my green curry was extra extra extra hot. This place never fails to fulfill that request. I think a lot of places are hesitant because they worry people will complain and say it was too spicy. They are not afraid to make it HOT. In fact, I think they enjoy the request! It was a struggle to eat it tonight and my entire mouth is on fire, but it was more delicious than ever. My boyfriend gets hiccups from spicy food and he was violently hiccuping after his first bite. 10/10, I love this place.

Pad Thai, pork was a good portion size and appreciated how organized every ingredient was before mixing it. Work of art imo. Got it spicy which definitely was but added more chili oil anyways. Chicken rolls were a good compliment and didn't make me full as I had my main dish, well made from taste and size. The service was great and for a Saturday afternoon, ambiance was peaceful with a good amount of customers dining in as well as others getting take out. Nice to see the restaurant busy while getting taken care of. Recommend this restaurant.

Pan is in the strip mall next to where Lampost Pizza and Karma Baker used to be. Cute interior decor with a good amount of tables. Not a reservation based sit-down. Very casual. You can walk in and order to-go or place an order ahead of time online (recommended). Lots of people using to-go instead of eating in. Some people were waiting a while for their to-go orders since it was a busy night. But our food came quickly. The staff was extremely friendly, efficient and patient. I ordered Taro Boba. Delicious. The waitress came around with free samples of matcha latte. So delicious! For dinner I ordered Pad See Ew with tofu, vegetarian style and medium heat. The dish was excellent but pushing a bit too spicy. My sisters ordered mini hot pots. One ordered sukiyaki base, one tomato base, one curry base and one tom yum base. Let me tell you now "mini" hot pots is enough for two or three people! All my sisters loved the broth and the toppings *except* they said the beef was "gamey/chewy". Each mini pot is customizable and they'll accommodate any allergies. Each one comes with a white rice and a small sauce dish of a sesame sauce which I didn't like. It was weird in flavor. My serving of Pad See Ew was enough for two as well. The best thing we had was the coconut ice cream and freshly fried banana rolls. I wanted to subtract a star because the bench for our table was dirty and the beef wasn't good. But as soon as I saw the sign for 10% off certain dishes on vegan Tuesdays, I decided this is my new favorite Thai place. I'll be by again to try new things. Dinner for two was $72.

Came here for dinner with a few friends, and definitely plan to come back! We all got the mini hot pot - I ordered the Thai Tom Yum with Lamb and it was delicious. The broth was incredibly flavorful and they pack the pot with lots of veggies, meat, and vermicelli! The broth also had a good amount of spice. Service was fast and servers were very attentive. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Came in for a late lunch on a gloomy LA afternoon. The place was not busy, there was only one other table with two people, and a few to-go pickups. The young man that served us was very polite and attentive. He cleaned empty plates to make room for other food orders and refilled our water. He was also the Same person to make our drinks. The place is bright, colorful, clean, and inviting. They have a couple of color areas that are decorated with plastic giant flowers and plants for a picture opportunity. We ordered and enjoyed: eggrolls, pa nang curry with tofu, angus beef hot pot, combo, and fried rice. We also enjoyed the mango smoothie with mango jelly and Thai ice tea with boba.

Best Pad Thai!!! It was savory and flavorful! The other dishes were also delicious. We normally go to church across this plaza and we're always having a hard time looking for a nice homie place to eat right after. We randomly went to this place and glad we did. Parking was easy. Inside was cute and modern. Our server attend to us right away. I could tell she needs help because the place got packed really quick. Our food came hot and ready for us to devour. The hot pot soup was great! Veggies were fresh and broth was wholesome. My son loved his fried rice! The Pad Thai was the highlight! It's so good! The smoothies were so fresh!!! Real mangoes!!! Great way to end our lunch and possibly dinner. We're so full! Hehe!

Think orange Julius with the option to add boba, that's what this place reminds me of. I'm actually…read morea fan of orange Julius but can taste that it's just mediocre at best. That's exactly how I felt about this place. I was excited to see a boba place open in the mall again. I got the strawberry banana smoothie with boba while the Mrs got a cookies and cream shake. The shake was icee more than creamy and lacked in flavor, but was ok. The smoothie was frothy, but again ok overall with some chewy boba. Overall it's not bad, but not great, just something to sip on while walking around the mall. That's this critic's review.
