On the drive home we noticed two issues and contacted him right away. We agreed on a price to fix just one issue with our own mechanic. We agreed that we would send the bill to Jeremy and he would reimburse us. After several attempts to contact Jeremy (calls and emails) he has never replied and conveniently not reimbursed us. We will never recommend this dealer to anyone. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity shown.

Zach the online sales employee was extremely rude and condescending. When corrected on the options of the car, he stated that I should have considered they were a chevy dealer even though he ranted about his cars options being far superior(identical) both Teslas his not being Tesla recertified and out of warranty. Then said I was wasting his time when asking for details. Needless to say I will send the text exchange to the owner. Id strongly suggest avoiding this place.

I used this Ray Winnie Auto for a car rental awhile back. I was nervous to use this business as anytime I have ever stepped foot in the building or interacted with the staff, they have been less than courteous. The rental itself was great, no complaints there. That was arranged through my auto mechanic shop and they were phenomenal. However, anytime I have had to deal directly with the staff outside of that rental, years before or after, it has always turned me away. The staff are rude and yell across their desks to one another, the building inside is filthy, and you're given the impression that you need to make a purchase or leave. I promise Greenville has far better options than the cranky, cramped car lot on the corner.
